Private transfer not worth the money

The driver was not friendly at all. When he showed up, he opened up the back of the van and stepped aside. We had to ask him to help us with our luggage. As soon as we got in the van, he turned up the radio and it was hard to even talk to each other. We asked if he could turn down the music, but he finally did an hour into the ride but it was still loud and obnoxious music. We tried talking to him and asking about things we were driving past, he either ignored us or said yes or no (and he spoke English, so it wasn't a language issue). Having a private transfer was very convenient. However, with as much money as we paid (almost $400 for 4), he could have been friendly and helpful. Not sure I would do this option again.

Very convenient arrangement for the long trip from London to Southampton. Driver was right on time. Very helpful. Car was clean and comfortable.
