4.00The driver was very timely and we were the only passengers in the Mercedes sedan. The negative comment is that upon reaching the cruise ship port, the driver did not take us to the main drop off. Fortunately, Royal Caribbean employees were there with a truck and offered to transport our luggage on to the correct drop off.
