5.00This was a fabulous tour of the central areas of Downtown Charlotte. Ricky, our guide, was local and very knowledgeable. It was a great tour that showcased some of the local history and more recent developments. Highly recommend for those looking for a taste and who don’t have oodles of time.

2.00Our driver was nice - only issue is he was not prepared for our full experience. From the start he told us his cart was low on battery so instead of a 1 hour and a half tour we thought we paid for we only got 40 mins. 110 for 40mins is bad business. He told us multiple times our trip was going to be cut short. I think its unfair to charge consumers and without a disclaimer on the possibility of your trip being cut short . That isn't what we paid for . In addition we paid for parking for 2 hours thinking wed be with him more than a hour. He made sure to give us the many ways to give him a tip. My poor friend gave him 10 but my husband really didn't want to bother because we genuinely felt we were taken advantage of.

3.00It was not a vintage car it was a golf cart designed as a vintage car. Our group was full and I was riding backwards. That was not bad but not ideal to connect story and sight. Our guide was very knowledgeable however it was difficult to gain all that knowledge. He talked super rapid. He was asked several times to slow down but that did not last. He did not use a microphone. He stated his broke two weeks ago and he hasn’t replaced it. I just wish he would have slowed down so everyone could really gain lot from his knowledge. Great glimpse of the city.

4.00Although the guide was very knowledgeable, he spoke so fast it was difficult to follow. Also the "car" was a bit shabby. We were unable to go to some of the sites due to a football game being held at the stadium, which of course was no fault of the tour.
