1.00Don't book with them! I was with 2 other groups and we all met at the meeting point we were given. Apparently that wasn't the correct location (after waiting 15 min) and were informed we had to go to another location to then find out the gondola left without us and there were no more going out for the night. HUGE letdown for me and now I can't go since I leave Venice the next day.

1.00No. Was hoping for a romantic ride ended up with what felt like an amusement park ride. Two large groups walking through town listening to a speech on the history of Venice from someone who really struggled with the English language. Boarded and my wife was seated with my son and I was seated alone. Was told the Gondola operator was a dictator and selected the seating. The actual boat ride was good, just not the experience.

1.00Was organized at check-in and guide gave good historical overview of gondolas in Venice. Once we boarded the gondola, the gondolier did not engage with us at all and only spoke when passing other gondoliers. I’m not sure why we kept the audio devices and headphones. It was disappointing to ride a gondola and not know our surroundings. The gondolier did not answer any questions.

1.00This is such a rip off which I'm sure many travellers were simply hunting for a simple 30 mins gondola ride which costs Euro 90 for up to five pax which you can hop on at any gondola spot and they all have signs transparently displaying the price. This "curated tour" costs 1.7X more and basically throws in a lame 15 mins gondola museum visit and a 5 mins walk through the town to the gondola. These additional 20 mins of unwanted freebie actually caused us to lose the golden sunset at 430pm and we ended riding in the dark...

4.00Enjoyed the experience. Excellent assistance for elderly into gondola. Description was not clear as to which of 3 offices in area to go to so we were very lost. However office made allowance for late arrival which was very good of them. Amount of walking from meeting place to gondola was not clearly described and guide walked very fast. Overall great but could have been clearer.
Vendor instructions did not work.

2.00Sadly it was not how we wanted.. it was very confusing it was unclear where to meet - after 90 minutes of walking around the city we located the office in a newspaper stand near the post office and vendi outside of St Marks square only to be told the location changed - it was frustrating but there was some communication via email with the office but there information was inaccurate… Next time we’ll wait until day of to do condola ride - and this company should learn too be sure to have easy to use directions for people many who are from out of town or the country - good luck
