5.00We really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. One thing to keep in mind is that the weather might impact the routes of the gondolas. The day we did the tour was very windy so the gondolas stopped going in the Great Canal and were only going in the internal canals.

2.00The initial female tour guide was great as she walked us to the gondola (for longer than we needed though) and the 3D video on the history of Venice was interesting. As for the gondola ride, it was a major disappointment. The driver was loud and obnoxious yelling and making stupid comments the entire trip. We wanted to get off. No other drivers were behaving this way. He seemed to be drunk and just not sound-minded. Even worse, we went out to the grand canal and floated no more than 50 yards and he sat there. He then turned around and sat there. He then took us down one very small canal for 3 minutes. Total time in the gondola was 20 minutes and we saw so little and had to listen to him yammer on the entire time. It was an awful experience all in all.

3.00Directions for meet up point were poor/misleading. Was not a 45 minute gondola ride. We walked through the crowded alleys of Venice for 20 minutes and then went on a 20 minute gondola ride. The actual gondola ride was very peaceful and nice.

3.00Unnecessary talk before the gondola ride, long walk from meeting place to gondola. Couldn’t understand why guide was whispering into tiny microphone that we were supposed to put up to our ears when she was standing right there. The virtual reality head phones made me dizzy and I was given the wrong language.

2.00Did not get a opportunity to view the AR that was a paid portion of our ticket. The gondola ride we had no connection to listen to the commentary of the ride. The QR code would only work with internet capability and one of us tried to get the tour narrative and it did not work for us or the other people on the boat

1.00This was a very short, maybe 25 minute ride. You are all crammed in a line up of gondolas and 5 minutes of the ride are waiting in an alleyway for the boats to decide who is going round the corner. Definitely a disappointment. Don’t get fooled by the 45 minute experience part. It is walking to the boat and doing a video simulator.

5.00Everything was very nice. Just need to let people know that they have to find a kiosk for this tour. We were walking around not having an idea of where it was or what to look for it. Lady speaker was far from us and the headset was glitching and couldn’t hear very well. Make sure to stay closer to the tour speakers for you to be able to hear them. Other than that it was a fun experience. 100% recommend

3.00It is a shared tour. The guide walks really fast so it was hard to take in the sites on the way to the gondola The gondolier was not friendly, did not tell us about the gondola sites as we went by. Did not sing as you would expect.
Do not book online just go directly to any Gondola in the city for less hassle and a cheaper price.
