Canal Grande
“The most beautiful road in the world”, this is how the Canal Grande is known as. If you look around, what you will see is almost the same view that a 18th-century nobleman would have seen, and before him a Renaissance courtesan, and even before that, a merchant who lived in the Middle Ages.
Peggy Guggenheim Collection
Peggy Guggenheim Collection is one of the most important art collections in the world. Peggy Guggenheim, from New York, arrived in Venice in 1949 and began to satisfy her art addiction by buying this wonderful building where she put on display invaluable artworks for the whole world to see. The beautiful terrace you see is where Guggenheim sun-bathed regularly enjoying the view over the Canal Grande

Enjoyed the experience. Excellent assistance for elderly into gondola. Description was not clear as to which of 3 offices in area to go to so we were very lost. However office made allowance for late arrival which was very good of them. Amount of walking from meeting place to gondola was not clearly described and guide walked very fast. Overall great but could have been clearer.

Could not locate vendor with instructions provided using Google Maps to find address. After 30 minute search, booked alternate service with success.

Sadly it was not how we wanted.. it was very confusing it was unclear where to meet - after 90 minutes of walking around the city we located the office in a newspaper stand near the post office and vendi outside of St Marks square only to be told the location changed - it was frustrating but there was some communication via email with the office but there information was inaccurate… Next time we’ll wait until day of to do condola ride - and this company should learn too be sure to have easy to use directions for people many who are from out of town or the country - good luck

This was a lovely experience and more than I expected. All the staff I encountered were friendly and spoke English well. The virtue reality tour prior to the city walk and history lesson were awesome. The ride it self was fantastic. I totally recommend this to anyone.

Terrible, cheesy ride. Guide was hard to understand. The ride was short and not in a nice area. Just get a gondola when you get there. Booking ahead is t worth it!

Pretty views and we saw so much of the city from a different point of view. Highly recommend. The presentation in the beginning was also very informative.
