3.00The Gondola trip was as expected, all good. However the visit to the Museum and the VR experience didn't work so that aspect was pretty much a waste of time. The guide only was really useful to get you from the Museum to where you pick up a gondolla. If you have a few people the price of a gondola is fixed so might be worth just getting one without the rest of the experience

2.00An hour tour that consisted of a 15-20 min gondola ride. Tour guide was nice and friendly but really don't feel it was necessary. People just want to be entertained in a ride Also the meeting place was a bit away from the gondola ride entrance. I would not purchase again, just pay gondola service directly.

5.00Magical gondola ride in Venice. It was amazing to see Venice from the water. The architecture was beautiful. The ride was what fairy tales are made of! This is a must do tour when visiting Venice. This company is professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

3.00The virtual reality presentation is short but good. Not sure why earpieces were needed at all on this tour. Only used after VR and walking to the gondola spot. The clarity was not good or else the guide did not speak clearly. The gondola ride itself was fine.

1.00The weather should factored into this trip. Rain and lightning with umbrella use. Very unsatisfied with this trip. I have contacted Viator for a refund. Could not enjoy and left with clothes entirely soaked!

1.00We booked this gondola ride based on a 10am start. We had a limited time before a train connection. We were initially told our timing would be OK. When we arrived, it was not just a gondola ride, but a tour with 15 walk to the start point. With delays in the start time and the other details not in the trip advisor listing, we were not able to take our place. A clear description would have avoided our disappointment and lost money, as both the operator and via-tour have refused a refund. If we had know the booking was not as advertised, we could have booked something else and had the experience.

5.00You have to do this if you’re in Venice. Love our guides energy. And even though she didn’t ride in the gondola with us she tries her best to catch up to us and see us pass by. The sunset was a bonus.
