2.00Gondola ride was short- was supposed to be 30 minutes and it was barely 20. I didn’t realize we went by Guggenheim bc Gondolier did not say a word entire trip and could not speak English. They put us in a boat with another couple and made us mix so we couldn’t get a pic with my family (I was sitting by the husband of the couple and my daughters were spread out). Seemed like they cut us way short and denied us a good experience

1.00I got a private Gandola for my family (2 persons) and it was supposed to be 45 minutes. But the whole trip was 23 minutes. Ask Viator about this and nothing happened.

1.00We signed up for the private romantic gondola ride. When we checked in they had us as sharing a gondola. Because of the hassle of figuring it out we missed the virtual experience with the headset. Stressed us out. They finally figured it out blaming your company.

It is totally worth it. - I would have liked more history or more explanation.

3.00I needed to reschedule my original ride....the company did not want to refund me my money since it was less than 24hours. It was a struggle to have them try to reschedule...and even then I to go there the next day to see if I can get in a time slot for that day. I was able to get a new time slot.....the driver of the Gondola did not say a single word to anyone of us on the Gondola. He smoked, conversed with his fellow staff members and even had a phone conversation all while stirring the Gondola. I feel okay to have had the experience.....but I dont recommend it through this company.

3.00Over all, the experience was " Ok". What we liked about it: meet up point was easy to find, the booking staff was friendly and the walk to the Gondola was accompanied by a guide who explained the long history of Gondolas in Venice. What could have been better : The trip was shorter than we expected and the "gondolier" was less than friendly. No interest in engaging in conversation, and seemed to just want to get the ride over with. We were given ear pieces to listen to in the Gondolas but they never worked. Over all, I'd say it was Ok, just know what to expect

5.00Wonderful experience, there was a small historic review of the city and gondola details with a VR display that was very informative. We experienced a short walking tour with a guide to reach the Gondola. Very friendly staff organized and enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended. Due to the local strikes on transportation we missed our original reservation time but the staff honored our tickets and put us on the next tour.
