3.00Over all, the experience was " Ok". What we liked about it: meet up point was easy to find, the booking staff was friendly and the walk to the Gondola was accompanied by a guide who explained the long history of Gondolas in Venice. What could have been better : The trip was shorter than we expected and the "gondolier" was less than friendly. No interest in engaging in conversation, and seemed to just want to get the ride over with. We were given ear pieces to listen to in the Gondolas but they never worked. Over all, I'd say it was Ok, just know what to expect

5.00Wonderful experience, there was a small historic review of the city and gondola details with a VR display that was very informative. We experienced a short walking tour with a guide to reach the Gondola. Very friendly staff organized and enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended. Due to the local strikes on transportation we missed our original reservation time but the staff honored our tickets and put us on the next tour.

2.00Really disappointing and not worth the money. First off, we signed up for an English-speaking tour, but we got a combination of Spanish and English. That made it very difficult, as we needed to listen to the Spanish before the guide repeated it in English. The tour frankly just wasn't worth it. When you get on the gondola, they give you headsets to listen to English narration, but it was 90% music. Then the gondola ride was shared, which is fine, but if you really want a gondola ride, it is less expensive to get one on your own, like grabbing a taxi. And this is for a private gondola ride. Overall, the value for the money was not worth it. Then the gondolas were stacked up in this obvious tourist canal like traffic in the streets of NYC.

5.00We did this on a rainy day, but it was still excellent. Our guide was cheery, smart and spoke perfect English and French. The Gondola was fun even in the rain. The address was difficult to find- it would be helpful to name the hotel where the meeting place is.

2.00Ride was only a few minutes.Our route was obstructed,we waited patiently in the rain for it to be cleared and our time was up! We were only in the gondola a few minutes.Also,the lady working in the office was very rude.said our time was 130 and I showed her my reservation time in my email was 210. She said it was wrong." I'll put you somewhere. We were really looking forward to this excursion.Very disappointed.

4.00Nice tour of the canals of Venice including Grand Canal and view of Doge's Palace with very nice traditional gondola and skillful gondolier. Unfortunately, the trip was a bit short at 25 minutes, especially considering the price of 149 euros.
