It was a great experience. These folks did a wonderful job and the process was smooth. The ladies inside were very welcoming and organized. Our gondolier, Alex, was as cool as the other side of the pillow and a true master of his art. Had a blast!

Ok tour, not very personal. It was nice to hear some brief background on the gondolas and the staff were very nice. However, just was not as personal as I was expecting or as you will see around. Great if you have a group of 5 or are okay sharing with strangers. Wish I would have waited and just paid for one onsite.

The inclusions mentions a VR Experience, a 15 minute introduction to the gondola experience, and History gallery non of which we got. The Gondola ride itself is wonderful as you float through the streets of Venice eventually reaching the Grand Canal and back to the starting point. You’ll wish it was a longer ride.

The tour voucher I received did not include a meeting address. I contacted the company directly, was given an address, and waited there for 40 minutes—but no guide ever showed up. When I followed up, I was told the meeting point was actually somewhere else. They are refusing to issue a refund, falsely claiming I need to contact Viator, even though they have the power to cancel the reservation themselves. It’s clear they are avoiding the associated fees. There’s a clear pattern of confusion and poor communication, as confirmed by multiple other reviews. I have screenshots documenting the inconsistent information they sent me and will be posting those publicly on Google. Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing both your time and your money.
