You can enjoy making Temaki Sushi with your friends and family. It is a great way to experience Japanese food culture. The sushi is made with cut sushi ingredients and utensils.

The prepared sushi ingredients and utensils are provided, so anyone can make it easily.

You can make Japan’s soul food, dashi-maki tamago (Japanese rolled omelet), together with a sushi chef.

And select three types of sushi toppings and even try smoking them.

What To Expect

Experience the Fun of Making Temaki Sushi! Temaki sushi, or hand-rolled sushi, is a fun and interactive way to enjoy Japan’s beloved dish. Using seaweed, rice, and a variety of fresh toppings like tuna, salmon, cucumber, and avocado, you can create your own personalized sushi rolls. It’s easy to make and perfect for sharing with friends or family. Come try making your own delicious sushi! Please come to Flower Wall Mone, a lively cafe and bar surrounded by many flowers. When you arrive, please inform the staff that you have a reservation for the Temaki Sushi Experience. We will take your drink order and prepare sushi items for the number of participants. Once the sushi items have arrived at your table, it is time to start making your own temaki-sushi. You can easily make it by yourself, but please be assured that our staff will demonstrate once. Please note that some of our staff members do not speak fluent English. After the demonstration, you can make your own Temari Sushi with your favorite ingredients and Sushi rice. Although there is no staff on hand, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need help. Enjoy your meal and make sushi at your own pace.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Team took the time to make us feel very comfortable and make it fun and accommodating. My wife speaks some Japanese but I speak none but I found that everyone was still able to communicate with us very clearly and I never felt left out. 10/10 would recommend

Great experience to learn how to make temakis (shushi) and the famous Japanese omelet! Many varieties offered to make our own temakis. Very nice experience. Beautiful atmosphere and the chef was happy to share his know-how! I recommend.
The chefs were interested in us, answering our questions and passing on their knowledge!

We had a fantastic time making sushi rolls with friends. They had a great service staff and a dedicated translator who spoke extremely fluent English. The food was high quality and very tasty. Definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Tokyo.
