This small-group (all inclusive) day trip to Chiang Rai Province will take you to a variety of attractions such as the modern architecture of the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) and the ancient city ruins of Chiang Saen (Wat Chedi Luang). Ride a long-tail boat on the Mekong River and see the Golden Triangle from a viewpoint. Lunch (Thai Set) is included in addition to round-trip hotel transport from Chiang Mai.

5.00Our guide Poong Kie is excellent. She is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. She speaks English well and shared a wealth of information about Thailand’s culture, history, and religion. Our driver was also excellent. It was a long drive, but he was always smiling and provided a cold wipe and a chilled bottle of water every time we returned to the car. The lunch was delicious, and Poong Kie provided snacks along the way. I really enjoyed the trip despite it being a long day. I highly recommend it.

5.00A really nice experience, would recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Very interesting to see the different borders. Highlight of the trip was our guide Pae! He made it so enjoyable and was a really nice and friendly person.

5.00Our guide, Tui, was very friendly and attentive. He provided lots of information at each of the stops and answered all our questions. We saw the white temple, golden triangle, enjoyed a boat ride on the Mekong and stopped by the opium museum. Our lunch was ready as soon as we arrived at the restaurant and we also had an included coffee break on the drive back to Chiang Mai. It was a wonderful experience!

5.00Glad that I opted for Touring Center Chiang Mai for my day trip to Chiang Rai (White Temple + Golden Triangle). It was a great experience as everything was well organized, and our guide, Mr. Tui, was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the culture and beauty of Northern Thailand. We visited the White Temple, understood the history behind it and also the meaning of the wall murals. Post that we went for a lunch where delicious local spread was offered. After lunch, we visited the Golden Triangle, went for a boat ride and explored the Opium museum. Mr. Tui shared fascinating insights about Thai history, local customs, and even recommended delicious food spots along the way. He was answering our questions with patience and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Touring Center Chiang Mai to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!

5.00Our tour guide Ekky gave us an amazing experience while visiting different points along Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. Our first stop was to see and relax next to a hot spring, our next stop was the amazing White temple. After that we visited and old temple and had some lovely traditional Thai food at a restaurant that was waiting for us with everything ready. Our last activities were to navigate in one of the rivers located at the golden triangle and visit an old opium store were where we learned more about the golden triangle and its relation with opium. Ekky was friendly and gave us a lot of information. Thank you
