Ilyas was extremely knowledgeable and took us to many unexpected places that we thoroughly enjoyed. I have difficulty walking a long distance & he was most accommodating. I highly recommend this tour!

Very good experience My initial tour was fully booked but the tour operator did not cancel; instead, they gave me an alternative for a more private and luxury experience. Very beautiful and comfortable car Full explanation All spots And they took me all photos also!

Excellent way to see as much of Chicago on a short stay. Guide/driver was very knowledgeable and flexible, not to mention a fabulous photographer and always willing to take a picture. I always felt comfortable in the spotless vehicle and I’m I nervous passenger so that was excellent. Honestly never thought I would see 1/2 as much of Chicago. Oh and the water & snacks were great. 11 out of 10

We were upgraded to a private tour for three seniors. Ilyas picked us up on time from our hotel with our luggage. We saw so many Chicago sights on an enjoyable and informative tour. Be prepared for a full day! We appreciated the bottled water, snacks provided, and drop off at Union Station. Only spent two days in Chicago and spending one on this tour was definitely a sound choice.

Great tour experience. Appreciate that despite only me showing up for this tour makes it more personal and exclusive. Really no time wasted and got to see the whole city in a day. Glad that tour was not cancelled despite low sign-up. Tour guide was nice and serve as my photograper which is a plus for solo traveler. Thumps up.

Me and my girls had the most amazing experience with Cavani Tours on a private boat ride in Chicago! From start to finish, everything was seamless and beyond my expectations. The boat itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and take in the incredible views of the skyline. Our captain Illyias was welcoming, friendly and super fun. He helped us take a lot of pictures and was very polite. We booked it for a bachelorette party and it was just what I dreamt of. Cruising along the Chicago River and then heading out onto Lake Michigan was absolutely breathtaking-the city lights reflecting on the water made it feel magical. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement, and truly one of the highlights of my trip. If you're looking for a unique, private, and unforgettable way to experience Chicago, I cannot recommend Cavani Tours enough. I will definitely be booking with them again!

The tour was excellent, Llyas was great and took good care of us, he is also a great photographer. I'm saving the information for any future trips or references if someone should ask. Highly recommend.

Even though it sounded perfect, many issues arose. Driver arrived an hour after appointment in a small 4 person sedan which wouldn't have accommodated 4 of us, including 2 tall men, plus thedriver. The driver spoke very broken English which we did not easily understand. He said he would get a SUV, pick up another hour later, pushing the tour into late evening.

All the reviews I read prior to booking this tour were very complimentary and it was rated with 5 stars. Therefore I am assuming that we just were the random couple who did not receive what was advertised. The lowest I could rate this was a #1, however is I could make it a -5, I would. I have never written a negative review and actually have made fun of people who did ~ thinking that they were just hard-to-please individuals. Yet our tour was such a disappointment that I cannot stay quiet! What was advertised (and what we observed in the speaking with the tour guide who left 1/2 hr. before our tour) was a small van with windows for viewing the sights and a guide with a microphone headset on. It was a driving tour with sightseeing stops of approximately 15 minutes. What we received was a 2.5hr. waling tour and 1hr in a Honda Civic. My husband has a brace on his leg and it's difficult & painful to walk on cement for long periods of time; therefore I specifically booked a tour where we could ride for the majority of the time and walk around each specific site! Another individual on our tour was recovering from ankle surgery and had booked the driving tour for the same reason. Our guide was very soft-spoken and had a thick accent which made it very difficult to hear and understand him with the traffic, car horns and city noise surrounding us as we walked. This potentially could have been mitigated if we had been inside a vehicle and he had a microphone, as did the aforementioned guide. Also, there was very little "tour guiding" ~ no history, background information, interesting stories, etc. Just statements about what building it was and when it was built. In addition, we did not cover all the sites you list in your itinerary. We did not see the Skydeck Chicago-Willis Tower; 360 Chicago Observation Deck; Wrigley Field; Lincoln Park Zoo; Clarence F. Buckingham Fountain; The Magnificent Mile; The Art Institute of Chicago; North Avenue Beach; The Chicago Theatre; Union Station; University of Chicago or the Jackson Park's Japanese Garden. Furthermore, the confirmation email received stated that water and snacks were provided. Thus, I stupidly didn't bring water bottles and I will take responsibility for that. The water finally showed up in the Honda after we had walked 2.5hr in the hot weather. I know...a first world problem; however don't promise what you don't deliver!

It was a "private" tour but since everything was closed and there was traffic we didn't go everywhere. He always asked me that where the guide wanted to go but since he knew nothing, I just told him that wherever he could. I hired a Service of 4 @ 5 hrs if they were 2.5 it was a lot.
