Very fun tour with Jessica. She provided so much history on the walk; the food stops were interesting and we learned about the origin of the restaurants and it was a great evening!

Jesika was an excellent guide: warm and welcoming, entertaining, and eager to share her favorite foods of Chicago with us. Portions were huge! Every stop, a gem. Lots of walking in between, thank goodness. Really fun way to experience downtown.

This is the worst tour I’ve done on Viator and the only one I haven’t been happy with. Our tour guide did the basics of his job well, led us around and taught us about Chicago. He’s well traveled, but big deal, who isn’t, on these tours, lol. He wasn’t a people person and wasn’t fun. He seemed annoyed when we kept trying to chat with him about Chicago. We and most attendees were super disappointed in the food. It wasn’t great food at all. It’s pretty bad when a $6 hotdog was the best part of the tour. The person I was with and other people on the tour needed to get food after the tour. It was definitely fun going to those food places and learning about the history of them, though. It was pretty sad that the businesses seemed annoyed by us. On other food tours, we were treated as special guests. We were served a glass of water at the 1st stop, then had to buy our own drinks, if we wanted any, at the other stops. We ate on the street corner at 2 of the stops. Honestly, this tour was very underwhelming and a bit of a joke.
