Danny was an excellent tour guide, providing rich information on the history of the area and Incas. Freddy was a great driver. The tour and ride was easy going and comfortable. Danny spoke great English and was patient when I practiced Spanish. You could tell he has a deep appreciation and love for his history and culture. That made the trip all the more impressive when we got to the different sights. He really wanted us to experience the culture and made sure we got to try Chicha on our tour (muy delicioso, by the way!). Yes, I recommend this tour.

Definitely worth a visit as you leave or return to Cuzco! We picked up a guide at the entrance who introduced us to the details of these interesting sites.

Everything worked normally on December 31st for our luck, only a little rain in Chincheros but it was fast, totally worth the tour, it is beautiful, there is a church from the colonial era of the year 1600 approx, charge 3 suns apart to enter. And apart from the ruins and spectacular scenery. Moray also leaves you breathless, it is very cute and Maras the same, although we recommended that to see all white would be better to avoid the rainy seasons, we could still appreciate the salt and also buy salt! Obvious! Super recommended!!!

We were so much in awe throughout this tour! Our guide was excellent and was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Incas. She explained in detail about each of the stops we visited. We loved seeing how the alpaca wool is cleaned, dyed and woven. The Salt Mines were amazing! Very interesting hearing about the salt mines, how the salt is harvested and what each layer of salt is used for. We were able to see someone harvesting the salt. Or main goal when visiting Peru was to see Machu Picchu, but this tour and others in the area of Cusco are all a definite must-see! We saw and did so much more on this trip than we expected.

We did a one day private Sacred Valley tour, covering Ollantytambo ruins, Maras salt mines, Moray, and Chinchero. Danny was a great tour guide. He not only explained the locations we stopped at, but also clarified a lot of Incan history for us. It was clear that he is passionate about his culture and the history of his people, which made the experience even more special for us. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
