Cherish did a phenomenal job of arranging, planning, and ensuring the day went well. I really enjoyed all of the various guides, from drivers to rangers to the boat captain. They were all informative, professional, and highly insightful. I also appreciated that the guides help you at the border (if you need to cross for Chobe), so that it was a stress-free process. Overall, highly recommend - for groups or solos.

It was great experience, the drivers were on time and very professional especially Mwangelwa, the Cherish tour guide from Zambia to Botswana border. He is very good and treated with utmost respect. I recommend and Cherish Travel if you want to create unforgettable Chobe memories.

We took several tours during our stay in Livingstone, Zambia and this was one of our top if not the top favorite. Both our pickup driver and tour driver were incredibly kind, informative and friendly. On our water and land tour we saw so much wildlife and we didnt once feel rushed to move along. We were able to take many photos and learn about the animals. This was a top experience for us and one we still talk about today. I cant remember the tour guides name but he was great and so was our shuttle driver Juan Guillerjuan (sp). Highly recommend.

We booked all our activities through Cherish Travel for our holiday in Zambia, August 2025 which included a trip to Chobe, fishing on the Zambezi, steam train, devils pool, horse riding and Mukuni boma. The team were very professional, polite and punctual. We highly recommend them and can honestly say we couldn’t have had a better tour operator. Well done guys and please keep it up.

It was an excellent experience! Our guide Mwangelwa, whom we affectionately nicknamed Miguel, was an excellent professional throughout the journey. Inside the part you can see a large number of animals, and having the experience of safari with the boat allows you to see even more animals in their respective habitats. I super recommend this tour!

Great trip! Our guides were helpful. We saw so many animals, and had close up encounters with many. Both the boat tour and the game drive were exciting, and lunch was good as well. Be aware that if you don't bring water with you, you will have to pay for your beverages at lunch.

Disappointing. Three hours travel from hotel pick up to the lodge in Chobe! Very large group so always waiting around for everyone to arrive. Staff were nice but seriously, 11 hour tour of which 6 was transport and immigration. We should have insisted on booking a more private/intimate tour.

This safari was unique as we were in the safari vehicle 1/2 day with Jinx, our tour guide, enjoyed a great lunch at Mowana lodge and then on to the safari with "Barker" (or his name could have been Parker). It was awesome to see it all from the water - the crocs, hippos, birds, elephants, monitor lizards, African buffalo, etc. A fabulous afternoon to finish up a great day of animals.

We were picked up from Maramba River Lodge, Livingstone on time with an hour car journey to the border crossing. Once immigration was done and a coffee break, we were taken to Chobe National Park for the first activity. Two hours of safari drive went quickly with sightings of lions, giraffes, kudos, elephants and lots of hippos & bird life by the River. We had the delicious buffet lunch in Cresta Mowana Resort, followed by the boat trip on River Chobe. The most memorable part was the baby and mother elephants swam across the fast flowing river and the herd landed successfully on the green pasture. It was such an exciting experience with lots of Instagram worthy photos! The return journey was slightly complicated with a short ride in a bus and safari vehicle, transferred to the immigration point and then back to hotel by six o'clock. We enjoyed our day to Chobe National Park and will return to Botswana for longer trip in future.

Chobe is a nice park, but the trip was organized poorly, no communication before the tour. After the pick up and crossing the boarder, we were dropped at the lodge and not Tod what to do!!! We were wondering around and asking for help. We were waiting for a long time for somebody to take us on safari. Very short time in the park, lunch, boat.
