Constanza was FANTASTIC. She handled a continuous series of train cancellations, missing communication due to outages and 24 expectant people. She remained calm and confident and dealt with every hurdle efficiently. The tour was a success and we enjoyed it immensely.

A really great tour for seeing Cinque Terre in one day / if you have limited time. It was lovely to get out of the city for a day and a nice experience to be on the train, go for a hike, see the beautiful views and enjoy local food.

Luca and Angie! Great hosts. ❤️ It was an amazing experience, the team were super supportive. The ‘office people’ managing things in the background were supportive. Nothing compares to having spent the day with them and got to know them - not even missed trains. Great tour experience.

The UNESCO site was interesting to see. I would have appreciated learning more about the history of the site. I was disappointed in the commercialization of the tour/sites although I do get that tourism dollars are probably their main source of income.

Absolutely the best tour. Highly recommend doing the hike if you can. The hike itself was about 2 hours, but so worth it. Even my bf who was not happy about the hike initially said it was worth it. Ten out of ten.

The towns were lovely. We visited the day after Easter, which was exceptionally crowded. Everything was lovely except for our tour guide. We were a big group, split up into 3 smaller groups. The guides for the other two groups (Jojo & Coco) seemed great, very organized and informative. Our guide, Maya, was not great. She was very unorganized. She never seemed quite able to communicate what was going on. On the bus she collected the wrong amounts for the optional lunch from one family. Only corrected because another customer was watching and could help correct. When getting to our first train she changed directions a few times without saying anything - the platforms were EXTREMELY busy and was hard to follow her. She told us to go two stops on the train - which actually meant go two stops and then get off at the next stop, so three stops not two. Again, I cannot stress how crowded it was so this was cause for some panic as we were not all together and weren't sure what to do. For meet up times she would tell us one time and then 30 seconds later tell us a different time. She gave very little history/information about the places we visited. When people would ask her a question she would tell people she would tell them later - but never did, or it was something someone needed to know right then (like where to meet if they were doing shuttle instead of stairs). We would try and stand by the other guides to get information/directions on what to do. The members of our small group were great and we relied on each other to make it through rather than our guide. If we weren't looking out for each other I am not sure we would have all made it back safe and sound! The towns were lovely. FYI - The hike was beautiful, but a bit crowded - was essentially a line of people hiking. I love to hike, so this took a little of the fun out of it for me. Would still do it again for the scenery. Overall lovely day trip to take, just be prepared for the crowds. Bus was comfortable and driver was great.

We had a fantastic tour of Cinque Terre with Chris and Maya. They were such amazing hosts - informative, and knowledgeable, and they gave us a fantastic day. I appreciated that they had a solid plan for the day, but also provided a lot of flexibility if you didn’t want to hike, wanted to spend more time shopping, etc. Cinque Terre was absolutely beautiful, the hike was challenging, but not too difficult, the weather was beautiful, and we had plenty of time to eat and shop in the villages. Would definitely recommend!

The trip wouldn’t have been as awesome without Cosansa / Coco who’s been the best guide we could have. She is knowledgeable, super helpful and passionate about being our mama goose!(in the best possible way!) We tried the Trippa at the most local food truck and the bistro she recommended in Florence and loved them so much. Thank you Coco!
