Ado was a very good tour guide. The description of the tour needs updating. First tell people to bring $15 euros if they want the prefixed lunch and to bring $15 euros if they want to take the boat ride. They only accept cash. Need more time at each stop. Meet up spot needs to be changed to where the bus actually is. It is ridiculous to have us walk 10 minutes to it.

AMAZING TRIP! Joanna and Angela were super accommodating and knowledgeable. We were able to visit every village with plenty of free time in each. They were always close by for questions and recommendations. We were able to do everything we were interested in - including the beautiful hike, swim, and go on a boat. They also took us to a beautiful quiet restaurant, where we all had some of the best food we’ve had in Italy!! 1000% recommend

A perfect way to experience Cinque Terra and Pisa. You cover so much but it doesn’t feel rushed. Our tour guide Corstanza was a true gem. She has all the great recs for places to eat and shop and where the best pic ops are. She did a marvelous job keeping the group together and on time while giving us the history and importance of the sites. And shout out to tour guide Jojo who literally RAN us to the departure point as Viator screwed up the time on our ticket. 10/10 for “Walk About” tours. 0/10 for Viator.

We had such an awesome time! The guides were well organized and efficient even with the summer crowds. Chris was awesome and gave great insights and history and recommendations during the free time! Would recommend to my friends and family.

Terrific trip from Florence to Cinque Terre and Pisa. We visited several villages, and traveled by bus, train and boat. I had no idea that the waters of the Ligurian Sea would make me feel like I was with Ahab, chasing Moby Dick. Aside from that minor adventure, the 14-hour day was excellent. Our tour guide, Costanza, was friendly, efficient, and a lot of fun to spend the day with. At the end of the trip, she recommended a local restaurant in Florence that we liked, so kudos to her! There were many great photo opportunities, quite a bit of walking, and yes, the locations we visited were packed with people. Walking to the tower in Pisa was long, as they don't allow tour buses to park at the site any longer - but we knew about this in advance, so there were no real surprises. This was a great excursion for a decent price. Of course, Costanza made the trip worth every penny!

This tour was a great way to see the Cinque Terre from Florence and our guide Joanna was amazing. It is a long day but very worth it. We were able to see all 5 villages and experience each with 50-90 minutes in each. The hike between Coriniglia and Vernazza was stunning and I highly recommend to do fo exceptional views. We had time to swim and took the ferry from the northern most to southern most of the towns and got to see all by water as well as by land. Highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing day visiting Cinque Terre and Pisa. We cannot say enough good things about our guide Gerardo “Jerry.” He was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our time was well spent enjoying his recommendations for each of the villages. As a mom I noticed how he constantly was counting our group, checking in on the older individuals, and keeping us safe.

Gerry was amazing, he was knowledgeable and nice. Very clear directions and while wrangling a group of 20 must be like herding cats, he did a great job. Ample exploring time at each location. The ability to add the boat ride was great, worth it.
