Loved the tour and boat ride would give 5/5 however tour guide called out two individuals in front of multiple tourists myself included for not tipping. Tipping is optional me and my boyfriend tipped $13 dollars between us. I was absolutely horrified by this behavior because it was two younger guys probably 18ish getting off the bus they were obviously distraught having been called cheap and made to look bad in front of the other party members. I told them not to worry that tipping culture is out of control. Turns out they simply didn’t have cash and was going to tip on the ride back after getting some cash at one of the boat bars. We Ubered back from the boat to our hotel because it was closer but also because I didn’t want to be around the tour guide after that incident. It was unprofessional and unnecessary especially considering tips are a courtesy. I was disappointed by the treatment of these two young men who were nothing but kind the entire trip.

It’s not a 5 1/2 bus & boat tour it’s about 1 1/2 on bus and 1 1/4 boat. Lots of hanging around in Little Havana and Bayside.

The bus was late to begin with, we were taken to Cuban bar which was lovely although all they want you to do is tip! We bought souvenirs from the shop they took us to on little Havana which was ok. We were then taken to the bay and told where to meet the boat for a boat trip at 2:30, when we got there the guy told us the trip was at 3:30, a lot of our group were complaining as were we as we needed to get back to our hotel, so we didn’t take the boat trip as it would have made us late, we told the tour person who we met hanging around the bus stop about this and she was adamant it was 2:30, we didn’t make the boat trip and complained to the manager back at the shop, he gave some excuses that the boat guy was fired and was incorrect, but we weren’t the only ones complaining, he wouldn’t give us a refund for the boat trip that didn’t happen, but offered us a voucher to use, which is utterly useless as we have to fly home in the morning, we paid around $60 dollars for a bus ride so NO I would not recommend this!

We had a great time in Miami. Everything was on time and well organized. Everyone including tour guides and drivers were so friendly and helpful.

The guide was very poorly educated with me and my youngest daughter. The same asked for a proprina and at the moment I did not understand right what he was talking, because he was speaking Spanish, he turned his back and spoke very loudly to the other passengers of the ride, which the Brazilian never gave a proprina, so I understood. I found it very unpleasant he exposed me in front of the other tourists who were on the bus. I asked a question about the time of the tour and the guide did not answer and left walking. I felt very badly treated. I do not indicate this tour with this Enterprise and much less with the guides who are not trained to deal with tourist. After all, the tour was not free;
