  We loved the bus with the exception of people being rude regarding seats on top of bus. If you wantva seat up there ...you need to arrive very early. Tour guides were amazing!

  The bus part of the tour was OK... The tour guide did most of the narrating in Spanish so we couldn't understand what was being said. My husband has to keep asking questions so we would know what was going on. Then when we got to the cruise portion of the tour: wwe got to the meeting point to get on the boat and was told we could NOT board because it was SOLD OUT!. Now we purchased this several days ago and could not board. They only told us we could wait and go on the 8:30PM cruise!. How is that ok when we had a reservation at 2pm. I planned this tour and board ride to be part of my husband birthday celebration. Very upset!!!!!

  It was well worth the price, had great experience. The best part was the boat ride. Overall it could improve if they give more time in the are where there is a lot of art. Staff was very knowledgeable, but because of holidays it was little crowded and people had to run to get spot in bus.

  Organizer’s are unprofessional, no clear instructions on what to expect when you get to the meeting point. Apparently you have to check in to get a sticker as a bus ticket and printed receipt for boat ride even though you booked tickets online in advance. Then wait in an unordered line for more than an hour due to overbooking and chaotic bus management. We couldn’t get on the bus as scheduled, had to wait another hour for the next bus. Bus experience is not that great either. We didn’t bother taking boat ride after unpleasant experience.

  They don't give us boat tour at the time they offer boat tour after 5 hours later then bus tour its totaly waste off time even their managment is also dont know how to manage they over sell tickets just to make money they dont care about people and their time they dont even give you refund or anyting

  Very bad experience .. we left three hours late, they did not give us explanations of the delay, we toured little Havana, 20 minutes, the audio of the guide was not heard, they left us for the boat tour, which we boarded 2 hours later, after the boat tour we had to return by our own means since the bus was not there. I don't recommend it. José Luis Perett

  We had taken similar tours in the past and this was, by far, the most unprofessional organizers that we have experienced. The package included 2 tours (bus tour and a short cruise) apparently run by 2 different companies. Absolute chaos during boarding of the bus and the cruise, no process nor control and on top of that crew was being rude. Bus tour was delayed so couldn’t take cruise on time but no one would answer calls or take accountability. The guides on the ride were just not good so overall a total scam in the name of a guided tour. Stay away!

  The sites via the tour bus was average, no special area that wowed us or any Interesting history sites was mentioned. Driving through downtown and older run down neighborhoods is seen in any American city. We were hoping for something better. The boat ride was more interesting by viewing the movie starts homes and the surrounding islands.

  At the counter at the beginning, we asked a few questions, but we felt rushed and found that the staff was not transparent in their responses.Additionally, the staff on the bus who explained the route and other details did not provide us with correct information before we went to the boat. This caused us significant difficulty and led to delays that affected our entire schedule. We wanted to share this feedback so the situation can be improved for future customers.

  Over sold tickets and we parked with the time we were going back the boat ride was for 5:00 pm and no tickets until 8:30 , personnel was rude Miami half day tour time on 305 Lincoln Rd
