1.00Absolutely terrible experience — easily one of the worst tours I’ve ever taken. From start to finish, this felt completely disorganized and misleading. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the driver spoke mostly Spanish on what was clearly advertised as an English-speaking tour, leaving many of us confused and unable to follow along. We only saw about half of what was promised in the description, which honestly feels like false advertising. To make things worse, the boat we were put on looked nothing like what was shown — instead of the nice white boat advertised, we were stuck on a “pirate” boat that felt cheap and disappointing. The Aqua Tours staff were rude and dismissive when questions were asked, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. On top of everything, the tour ran an entire hour longer than advertised with no explanation. Save your money and your time — this tour is not worth it. I would strongly recommend booking with a different company.

5.00It was so great to see so many areas of Miami and Miami Beach. One of the highlights of the tour was the stop in Little Havana. The area is rich in history, and it is upbeat and colorful. The cigar factory was great, and I bought some for myself and some for my son-in-law. We also really enjoyed the boat tour and seeing all the multi-millionaire homes. We also got a good perspective on the port area, the cruise ships and it was fun seeing containers being off-loaded from the cargo ships.
