  Excellent bus tour and excellent water boat tour. Great bang for your buck. Either leg was worth the price we paid for both. Finding the water boat tour was a small challenge, but otherwise everything was excellent.

  Very disappointed with this tour. Bus air conditioner was poor, music too loud. Worst of all, could not for most of the trip understand what the heck the guy was saying. Thought we were in a Spanish speaking country.

  They need to remember we are in the US,they spoke very little English,just mostly Spanish,you got the odd word in English Would not recommend this tour unless they speak more English to customers we are in America not Spanish country

  Good Excursion, felt rushed at times while driving around. Would have liked more time in Havana. Driver made a lot of great recommendations to try or do in Havana, and only 30 minutes to try and experience them all wasn't enough. 15 more minutes would have sufficed in Havana.

  My partner and I did not enjoy our time at all. Throughout the tour we had to duck and dodge tree branches and I ended up getting smacked in the face by one. Our tour guide failed to educate us on the history of Miami and failed to inform us that during our lunch break we would be able to take the celebrity houses/boat tour. We unfortunately did not get to go on the boat tour because of this. Our tour guide spoke in a vernacular that was unable to be completely understood. She sounded as if she were speaking Spanish the whole time which was hard to comprehend. In the description it says the bus has A/C and it in fact did not, so instead of being able to sit downstairs out of the heat, we had to sit up stairs with the heat and got hit with tree branches. I would not recommend this tour.

  Friday 10am 305 Lincoln ave. Miami tours. The tour guy directed us to exactly where he wanted us to go. Probably because he gets a kickback bringing people to specific locations. Lots of people wanted to do their own thing off the bus. But instead he wanted us to go to this lunch place. This place you walked by several other places you can eat but no we had to follow him into a restaurant we didn’t want to go into. We had to go to this cigar place, to this souvenir place and to eat here. And directed us to walk by other places. To use the bathroom paper towel guy wanted tips even if you didn’t take a paper towel. The tour guy wanted us to spend money where he wanted us to go. I would never suggest this to anyone. Tourist trap directed from one person- the tour guide. Awful experience. The boat ride you sit in chairs. You couldn’t enjoy standing by the rails. A lot was Spanish and at times he forgot to translate in English so you missed out. A lot of things we baited by- he didn’t even say anything. But wanted tips badly as you left and kept reminding you. He wanted us to scan a QR code to leave a revieww said his boss would give him a raise if he got 1000 great reviews. Pushed and then pushed for tips. I would not recommend.

  The guide was very pushy to get us to eat and shop at certain places as if he was getting kick back from them establishment. It was to the point he withheld info from us so we had to go to those places or we wouldn't know where to go.. we were very displeased with him. Other than that it was a great tour around the city. Very interesting sights.
