  The negative reviews made me nervous to book, but I’m really glad I did it anyways. Yes, the bus is a bit run down, but it got us from point and to point B. And the tour guide spoke mostly in English so it was great learned lots. I will say, do take the boat tour as well, that was my family’s favourite part. Again a bit run down, but it’s okay. It was so much fun, and loooking at all the rich folks houses was really cool. I would recommend!! Really glad we did it!

  I don’t remember what the name of the guide was, he was that unforgettable. So rude, pushy and disrespectful and mind you the whole time he was showing us around he had a cigar or a smoke in his mouth. So arrogant and although the places we saw were great he turned the whole group off everything

  We waited forty minutes for the bus. It eventually arrived and we all got on. Another delay. Something about people not having paid for tickets, so they had to get off. The bus was old and rough looking and not very clean. The bus trip and bost trip were good. We were tild to go to a certain place to get the bus back. It didnt show up and as it was getting dark and we didn't k ow how far our hotel was, we had to get a taxi back. It cost 40 dollars. Disgraceful that we were just abandoned. Would not recommend this company.

  I’m giving one is because the tour guide and bus driver was great. I’d give them an 5. But after the city tour and boat ride was the big dissatisfaction, the bus was supposed to pick us up at 3:30 at the same place they dropped us off. The tour guide told everyone the bus picks up every hour on the 1/2 hour….so 3:30 would be the next pick up time. We arrived at 3:20 and people were already there waiting. Around 3:45, there was around 20 people waiting for the 3:30 pickup. IT NEVER SHOWED! Several of us called and we got different answers. Two callers were told that the bus came at 3:30 and everyone missed it. One caller was told the bus would be there by 3:50. About 13 people waited on the 4:30 bus along with additional people who walked up later for the 4:30 bus. Two groups called uber because one was catching a flight and was risking missing it. The other group just didn’t want to stand in the hot sun for another hour. This was totally unacceptable being there were senior citizens included in the tour who not only had difficulty standing but the hot sun was over whelming. When we finally got on th 4:30 bus, the driver told us the bus broke down. Management stuck to their story that somehow about 20 people all missed the bus. If this is how they prefer to treat their customers then no customers might change the way they operate. Pay the extra and go with Big Bus. This trip we definitely did not get treated well but the company offered no apologies which made the situation even worse. BLAME THE CUSTOMER is not the best management.

  The bus was old and unclean- windshield on top floor was smashed and taped up, blocking the view- staff in the main office were rude and unhelpful. Cruise was ok but the guide spoke poor English and was hard to unterstand,

  I book this tour because i thìnk we should see Miami ìn land and sea, but when we already get line to the boat officer ask the tickets in paper we have not given tickets and we cannot get in. Your company didnot take care good for us. I was not happy

  Our driver was RUDE; was 30 min LATE; gave us 25 min for lunch before the boat tour - which NEVER got out of the Bay and only celeb homes - which they are almost NEVER at. No headphones and NO MAPS and on the top deck, you could hardly hear what he was saying unless we were stopped in front of something. I agree w/others AVOID IT and use another company or do your own tour.

  If the bus is late THEY WILL RUSH THE TOUR! This was my 2nd experience and I was pissed I wasted the time. It was nothing like the first time when the bus was on time.
