3.00The tour is interesting, but the driver and guide left us stranded in Little Havana. Even though he saw us. He left us alone with concern. Already the second bus that greeted us if they were friendly and expected all their passengers.
Never again, believe all the bad Google reviews of the Miami Tours event. I'm afraid they're true.

1.00Both tours underground, boat trip could still be endured, but during the bus tour zero information. For this you got free and involuntary tutoring of the tour guide while hitting on and flirting with the girls on the street

1.00We went on the boat and city tour 04/13/26!! Everything was ok until we got off the boat. We were instructed to meet back at the bus at 8:15. However the boat did not dock until around 8:13, we hauled ass to the bus. I looked at my phone it 8:19 and they took off while we are yelling for them to stop. My friend called the company back to back no one answered. Then someone finally answered and then hung up.

2.00The tour guide was very pleasant and enthusiastic. However, we were told to be back at the bus stop at a specific time (8:15pm) that was unrealistic as the boat docked at roughly 8:13pm, and the distance we had to walk was definitely more than a 2 minute walk. Mind you, we were speed-walking to the bus and when it was finally in our view, it pulled off. For the company to do SEVERAL headcounts throughout the experience, I’m not understanding how this was even a possibility. We were left stranded in the dark (minimal street lights). We tried to call multiple times but were unable to get through to anyone. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the poor service and lack of consideration and communication amongst staff. I would think twice before booking this tour.
