Better to hire a taxi / car for few hour with the English spoken driver he will be a guide too.

1.00Unbelievably, bad experience on 12/26/2023. I came out off the bus but supervision told we will get the place to sit and then We will be able to listen the guide’s words. But before we get the place a metallic wheel chair fell down and my son was lucky not to get broken his bones. Then I decided to get down off the bus and give Sadaqa (charity). I have spent few hours to get into the bus when I got success, I experience very bad. The tel # online was not working. I do not want to discourage any Visitors but save your life. If you can’t have a seat , you can’t hear the guide. It’s useless to pay high amount to buy the ticket. The next day I hired a taxi for few hours. He was my guide and driver then dropped me at hotel. My family members were very happy by this experience.

3.00Useful to get to some attractions even though the route looks a bit odd as it unnecessarily goes around Al Haram. Stops at shopping malls also are questionable but overall a nice way to go around Madinah considering the traffic jam in the city (hard to call Kareem)

3.00The rid was nice but the audio comes on often late making the narration out of sync with what we're seeing. It's very annoying when one is anxious to hear the narration and it's not coming on. More efforts should be given to ensure this aspect works well, on time and in tune.
