Colourful Route: Departs from Stop 12 Tivoli at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Departs from Stop 1 Ved Stranden at 12:15pm, 2:15pm and 4:15pm. Duration: 55 minutes
Home of Carlsberg Route: Departs from Stop 12 Tivoli at 11:15am, 1:15pm and 3:15pm. Departs from Stop 23 Copenhagen Zoo at approximately 11:25am, 1:25pm and 3:25pm. Departs from Stop 24 Home of Carlsberg at approximately 11:35am, 1:35pm and 3:35pm. Duration: 45 minutes

5.00We booked the hop on hop off service online so we could have a day easier on the kegs and to see more of the city. We were provided with headphones and a narrated guide in our chosen language. You could hop on and off at any stop of your choosing. Very convenient and easy to follow. We did all 3 routes offered.

1.00Don’t even think about taking Royal-City Sightseeing. It's a scam. In my life I saw a dirtier bus, really vomiting. We were kept waiting in front of the little mermaid stop for almost an hour. Helmets weren't working in any of the three seats... because I can't put pictures up but I was never so uncomfortable with so much garbage on a bus... normal that we were 6 people on the whole tour... the other companies will see that they are going to stop people and you will constantly see the buses pass... hopefully my humble opinion will help you. Don't fall!!!! It's really throwing away the money!

1.00Royal-City Sightseeing is an absolute scam!! Unbelievably bad. Hardly any bus sequence, lousy audio guide. Skips stops. Left us at the Little Mermaie more than 1hr in the freezing cold. Never ever ever use that company. ANY other company is better.

3.00Would have loved for the buses to run more often. I wanted able to do the green routes because I would have had to wait almost 45 minutes for the next bus and I would have missed the last green routes bus back so I missed out on the Fredericksborg Castle and garden which I really wanted to see. I ended up walking 20 minutes to another stop instead of waiting 30 minutes for the next red route bus. The buses do stop at major sights which is great but a lot of time is spent just standing around waiting for a bus and the bus parks for long periods of time (at least 10 minutes waiting around ar the little mermaid stop) at certain locations so your kind of held hostage if you're not getting off or on at those particular spots. Most major cities have pick up times as every 15 minutes and Copenhagen was every 30 minutes. I could have used a second day to really see all the sights.

4.00It would have helped if Viator website said to look for a sign that said "Sightseeing" these signs are where you wait for bus. To say it stops by a castle/SMK does not help. Since foreighnerdms would not know an acronym. Needs to be more specific. We lost an hour of asking many people where the bus stops.

1.00DO NOT BOOK!!!!! There are better companies! Never located a map. Never located a bus. Walked 1.5 miles, asked in the station, hotel Astoria and a coffee shop. Tried to call. Tried to message. No response. No refund offered. Will never use again!
