Sunday 16th November: Marshall Street will be closed due to resurfacing works. Diversion: between Candlemaker Row and George IV Bridge, buses will be diverted via Bristo Place and Forrest Road. Stops 4 and 5 will be out of use all day

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed the hop on hop off experience in the city of Edinburgh. It was a great way to get the lay of the land and to see the whole city. I went around all stops before getting off just to see everything first. I would highly recommend this tour option for anyone visiting Edinburgh for the first time. I was challenged finding where to catch the hop on and hop off, so it’s best to ask a local or a hotel concierge as there are many different stops in different locations

5.00Great views of the city, very detailed tour! Loved the horrible histories option for the audio. Great stop options too. If you’re interested in history or just want to learn more about the city I would definitely recommend doing this.

5.00This was a last minute decision on our trip to Edinburgh and I’m really glad that we did! It was £18 for myself and my son was free. You can join at any of the stops, you get given your headphones when you hop on the bus. Plug them in and listen to the audio - the kids have a different one (Horrible Histories) which was great for my 5 year old. The ticket we had was unlimited rides for 24 hours - you can get off at any stop and back on again when you ready. It was lovely to see all of the sights. We loved it!
