Great way to see the city and get around. I would have planned my day around this and used it as transport. We only got to stay on part of the route due to other reservations planned.

Was such a good tour … just stayed on the red route but would do it again so I can do the others. The audio was fab and so interesting and also spoken in such a way you didn’t get bored listening. We went on a Saturday so there was traffic but didn’t really mind as all the views were amazing to look at and so much to see. I’ve been to London a million times but never really paid attention to all the sites … this was so worth it. Make sure you jump of at Buckingham palace stop as you can’t see it from the bus itself so it’s worth a little pause in your sightseeing to go check it out !

Extremely HARD to find locations - you apparently have to go to the company’s website to find location stops for the buses - we were roaming for about an hour before we figured out the stop. Tried contacting Viator for assistance a day before and during and still to this day (2 weeks later) have never gotten a response about where to find a stop. It’s fine to get around and hit the major stops and walk the rest but probably better engaging tours available. We hopped off this tour within 30 minutes at Buckingham Palace.

Very disappointed. Flights were changer so we were unable to do day one. We can not do day two because we have not done day one. Yes, we tried to cancel our 48 hour ticket but customer service would not allow even though we were within the 24 hour cancelation window. Very sad. 😔
