I thought this was going to be an easy hop on hop off experience. I had no idea when I bought the tickets that there were different lines. As it was the line that was by my hotel was not the one that I had purchased so my husband and I had to walk about 25 minutes. When we were there, it was very confusing to know which bus to get on, we walked about another block and a half to get on the bus. We did not know that you could listen to commentary as we drove until about halfway through the trip and really just spent about 45 minutes riding around London and not seeing that much at all I would definitely not do this again. I know there are many people that probably had a better experience, but our experience was not a good one.

Okay for one day of listening to audio descriptions of London sites…. However, don’t hop off…. You’ll wait forever for another bus and watch as other company lines pass you!!! It was so infuriating that although I purchased a 3 day pass, I only used 1. It’s infinitely better to use the Tube underground system….

Easy to get on and off the bus. Enjoyed riding on the open top to see everything. The audio was very informative

We had talked about getting the Big Bus tour ahead of time, but found that haggling the price down on the street at the last minute worked out better. They have team members at each stop that can help you book. Don't be shy to ask for a lower price...especially because we boarded halfway through the day. Also, we could see that these city buses were less crowded than Big Bus. Most of the BB ones that came by while we were waiting were full. No seats upstairs or downstairs. The audio guide that came with the city sightseeing bus was spectacular. We rode for about an hour and 20 minutes and learned so much about the city. A nice break in the afternoon.

Worked great once we found the starting point. Needed better direction from the website. Website sent us to a distant location. Had to phone and back track.

The narration was all out of sync with the landmarks. We were also diverted away from Buckingham Palace. Not a good journey

I am making a formal complaint against a personnel working at the City Sightseeing ticket kiosk at Russell Square in London. On 30th May 2026 at around 1440H, I approached the kiosk to ask when the Green Route was arriving. He informed me it does not come sometimes and the next one was at 1600H. He then stated, "let me tell you what you can do darling". His condescending tone made me uncomfortable. I said calmly, "please don't call me darling" and then he immediately shouted at me and said "go back to your own country. F* you". This left me shocked and angry and I said "I am a citizen of this country. Why are being racist against me? You are a brown person yourself, how can you be so racist?" And he kept shouting at me on the street "f* you f* you". (NOTE: I am a SE Asian woman) This happened in broad daylight witnessed by pedestrians. I walked off upset and scared. I believe this racist attack was triggered by me simply telling the man to not call me darling as this is uncomfortable for me as a woman and I do not want to be spoken to this way by a man I do not know. His reaction was extreme and vicious. I made a police report about this as well. As of today June 2nd, 2026, the company has not replied to my report. Regarding the bus tour itself, it is not worth the cost. The bus was so dirty upstairs and the windows were also dirty. See photos. There was rubbish and used earphones everywhere. The pre-recorded guide was uninspired. We listned to the background melody most of the time. The narration did not match the location either do to traffic. The route was okay but we circled around Big Ben too many times. The Green Route waiting time is too long (90 mins). Overall, I would not recommend this company.

The experience is ok but did not have a live tour guide. They give you an ear plug to listen to a recorded voice.
