The location was difficult to find, the headphones didn't work on our bus, and it seemed very pricey for what it was.

This experience provided a great overall tour of London. We got to see the major sites and were able to choose which we wanted to return to explore more.

Loved it! The ability to “hop on and hop off” was perfect! We were able to get off at Westminster, see Big Ben and walk over the Tower Bridge, ride the London Eye and then hop back on the bus. It was perfect!

We did the 24 hour + Thames river cruise option. This was perfect for us, as our flight arrived late morning and we started our 24 hour tour just before 3 pm. Some other people have commented it is hard to figure out where the stops are. I recommend you go to the City Sightseeing website and they've got great maps. We took the Underground to Waterloo station, then caught the green route (we wanted a short one) at stop 1, very close to the London Eye. The buses give a nice overview to the city which you can miss if you only take the Underground everywhere. Our second day, after visiting the Tower of London in the morning, we caught the river cruise from the Tower pier down to Westminster pier. If you have good weather (we did) I highly recommend adding on the cruise! Then we did a good portion of the red loop leaving from Westminster prior to our 24 hours expiring. Very worthwhile.

Bought the 2 day pass online hoping To use it as bonus transportation but was told there was a marathon so it would be best to only use it The following day because most stops were closed. The staff person wasn’t helpful and they haven’t replied to my emails. You shouldn’t sell a 2 day pass if you’re not really Offering the service 1 of the 2 days. Also it was confusing to find where the pick ups were exactly.
