1.00This citysightseeing on&off bus tour was the worst experience I got from all the tours I have with Viator. The guy with sightseeing uniform at the terminal station on June 9 around 9 am was very rude. It ruined my whole day of good mood. The bus did not come to the terminal station and we had to walk about 30 min to the no. 2 station.

5.00Easy to access and staff were helpful. The buses appear regularly, and usually there was enough space for the two of us. The only problem we had was that 3 of the voice guide connections didn't work on 2 different buses.

1.00The bus doesn’t get close enough to the main attractions for it to be even worth booking. You have to walk about 20 minutes from the Vatican to the closest stop.

3.00We travelled from our lodging to the Coliseum the closet bus stop to our apartment. When we arrived, we found that there was a race taking place around the Coliseum and the bus was running in the area. It would have been nice if the Tour company had notified us of this and we could have gone directly to the train station to pick up the tour bus. Also, would have saved us the additional 20 euros for the cab. I would not have imagined that a large bus could have gone as fast as it did through the streets of Rome. I'm guessing there is a need not to allow other drivers to pass you on the streets of Rome.
