1.00Worst schedule. They only come about every 45 min to one hour. All the other providers, the pink, yellow, green and BigBus providers come three to four times as often. We were better off just walking. Used the bus only twice that day. The BigBus is clearly the best

2.00Can't fault City Sightseeing but the idea of the bus in Rome is really not worth it. The main sights are all within areas this bus cannot reach and very walkable even with my arthritis. Also the day we booked was the 2026 Marathon and was even less to see. The way the tour is given is also very dated

5.00The bus was easy to find and on time. Well worth the time. The bus had narration throughout in many languages. Don't forget your plug in ear phones. If you do forget, they will supply some very cheap ones. Still better than nothing.

2.00This used to be a really good way to see Rome but we were very disappointed this time. We spent 2 hours on a single trip, mostly sitting in traffic, which is caused by many roadworks around the city and sheer volume of traffic. At the Vatican stop we waited 40 minutes for a bus, on another occasion. I would not use it again as so much time is wasted.
