1.00Bus was too busy struggling to get a seat left half way through looked to get on later buses but same no chance of a seat on open top deck I’ve used these buses numerous times all over and really enjoyed them but over in Rome was a bad experience for me I’m afraid

5.00My guide start-to-finish explained all the attractions-my first time in Italy. They are Amazing!!! This is a personal favorite to see Rome. Air conditioning-blessing!

2.00We wanted to experience Rome’s highlights at night. The tour bus was delightful as it was a beautiful evening and the top was retracted. However the audio recording was not very clear and one of the audio output was not working requiring me to share one set of ear plugs with my cousin. Overall—would not recommend—-though Rome is a beautiful city.

1.00Booked the 24hr tour for a Sunday, they only run from 9-6. The tour is recorded and not in time with the items they are describing. Went back for the 9pm night route to be told I needed to pay separately for that as it’s not included in the 24hr ticket. So paid over £50 for myself and my partner to be on the bus for 30 mins.
Cheapest and worst hop on bus in Rome. Bus parked roadside more often than moving. Terrible service and poor commentary.

1.00Bus spends most of the day idling on the side of the road. Took 2.5 hours to do one lap on the red route. Radio commentary was very basic, usually out of time with location and many headphone jacks didn't work. Waste of money and a waste if a day. Very disappointed. Not enough buses. All other companies passed us all day while we sat parked.

4.00The "Rome by night" tour is a wonderful start or end of a city trip. At a start you get a good impression of the city. You can judge what you want to visit afterwards. At the end of the city trip you can recap everything you experienced. The sun is gone and the speed of driving gives you a cooling breeze. The bus passes by in a canal and everywhere. So don't assume that you can view and photograph everything extensively. The bus is moving! Rome is beautiful. And this is a nice way to see that fleetingly.

1.00We chose this company for our visit to Rome. VERY BAD CHOICE! The buses do not run regularly unlike other companies. In the evening, we waited 45 minutes for a bus that never came. Online support always directs us to the online application that does not work. In short, pay a little more to avoid wasting your days waiting!!!!
