  This bus tour was very disappointing. Some of the audio connectors are broken and the sightseeing audio is out of sync with the bus location. Most frustratingly, it rudely stopped for 40 minutes at a cruise ship terminal!!! They should cater to cruise ship passengers separately. We are still angry about wasting our money & valuable holiday time on this bus tour.

  Don’t waste your time as there is minimal information given, when there are so many opportunities when sitting on the bus, to inform about buildings you’re passing and the city's history

  This bus trip was a nice was to get an overview of Stockholm, allowing me to walk the rest of the week in the city with more confidence. Great thing to do first thing, even with a little jet lag.

  Do not use this hop on/hop off. We got a price listed but it was so suddenly per person and not in all. It was supposed to be for three days but then the buses didn't go right in the morning. The seller is apparently aggressively commissioned? The buses themselves did not follow the specified route and the audio guide did not work. Then find an alternative.

  The bus stop seemed clearly marked in front of ABBA museum but the driver passed us by. We had to cross the street to the other side to pick it up. It was hot the audio tour is minimal and it was not clear when it ran until - I asked if okay to stay on and run the full loop and the driver was confused by my question. There’s no snacks and beverages as stated.

  Don’t waste your money on this Stormma hop on hop off bus. Drivers skipping stops , don’t open door. Twice wasted 40 mins changing drivers . Unclear map. The other two company ‘ red city sighting ‘ looks more frequent with more stops . This is literally horrible full stop . No wonder average reviews is only 2 star .

  Rip-off, never ever at 30 minute intervals. Insolence. Comments about the info headphones are either self-promotional or completely superficial and uninteresting (for non-educational idiots)

  Very little information is shared on the bus tour. Long stretches without information. I live in Stockholm but did the tour with family visiting Stockholm. Drove by many areas with just silence. Had to move seats as well as some headphones did not work. Very unfriendly drivers. Did the same stretch twice and both drivers were very bored at their jobs.
