5.00As first time visitors to Toronto, we got the 48 hour pass. This gave us a great chance to see and learn about Toronto, and then time to go back and spend time at various stops. Our guide, Marcel, was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

5.00Our guide on Nov. 28, departure at 12:06 from Wellesley & Yonge was Marilyn (?). She was fantastic! So informative, upbeat, at ease, gracious, nuanced, energetic! The trip was very good because of her. The staff in general were polite and helpful! It would have been nice for us if there had been more buses, as that would have eased our on-off options. As it was, we decided to stay on the bus for the full circuit and then explore.

5.00We were relieved to see that the top level of the bus was covered and heated! Be aware of their time schedule, which they stick to. In the winter, only one bus runs the route, so the wait is 2 hours. Just check their schedule!

1.00We actually never got to use our booking because the description on your website was wrong. Noted bus came every 30 min but this is not the case in November. Your website is not up to date, very disappointing.

3.00Main level inside was freezing cold. This is November and thought it would be warm inside. We may as well have been on the upper outside level. Narration worked before our stop at The CN Tower but didn’t work after we boarded again.

4.00We had a great day in Toronto using the hop on hop off bus. The staff at stop 1, where we purchased the tickets, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to things going on in the city, one of the stops were closed but the staff on-board were very helpful in advising how to get to the parts of the city from other bus stops, so people didn't miss out. We purchased the bus & cruise combo ticket. All guides we had throughout the day were brilliant, very knowledgeable and had great senses of humour. The cruise was fantastic with beautiful views of the city.

3.00We bought 2 senior 24 hour tickets at cost of 127 dollars and boat trip around Toronto's islands was included. I did put this bus tour on our list to do as I have bad knees so that was good way how to see more from the city. According the introduction here on Tripadvisor it should take around 2 hours but it took only about 1 hour. We used the ticket twice, first day we did the loop and our guide was young lady who was quite good but as I checked the route before we took the bus I knew she missed some interesting points. The next day morning we wanted to visit shoe museum so we took advantage of having ticket for 24 hours. This time the guide was a youngish man whose microphone was not working, he tried his best but it was not enough to understand properly what he was saying.
