5.00We had just landed and were tired but enjoyed our city tour. It was December and the open roof was covered, though unheated, and that was the only negative. Pick up and drop off was exceptionally convenient with many options if remaining in one location until the bus returned.
Poor communication. No details on where to meet the bus. Multiple messages to the tour operator were ignored.

We finally found the bus at a bus stop which started our day one hour later. This screwed our schedule for the remainder of the day.

4.00Found this good value for money, going to all the major tourist spots. The English commentary was fine and bus drivers were careful and courteous. My only concern would be that the hours were somewhat limited - last bus finishing at about 4.30 pm felt a little early.

1.00Offensive translation of the audio guide that alternates a bad Italian with a little English. Not acceptable, try to have a page of history recorded in acceptable Italian.
