5.00We got into port a day early due to weather in Livorno. So instead of disembarking at 9:30-10:00 as initially told, we were to disembark by 9:00. I messaged in the app and they responded quickly that they would try to get us earlier. Fortunately, after a few messages back and forth, they were able to get us earlier than originally scheduled for as the exterior in the port area is nowhere to sit and wait. We appreciated it! Also, the large van was so clean and nice! We had a lot of luggage for 6 people and it fit easily in the cargo area. The driver was supper nice and once we neared Rome, he pointed out things to 2 of the people with us that had never been.

5.00Very prompt and professional service! Friendly and helpful driver picked us up in a Mercedes at the exact spot where we got off our Viking cruise and dropped us at our hotel in the center of Rome. Absolutely worth every penny. Will use them again for sure!
