1.00We were not sent the information from the direct transfer company. We were given the wrong meeting point from Viator. When I called the company to get the right meeting point I was yelled at by their staff member (Roberto). He told me it was my fault and I should have called. We didn’t call because we thought the information from Viator was correct. When we finally figured out where to meet our driver he was very kind. I would not want to book through this company again.
