I learned a lot of new things about Cluj and all kinds of interesting details about landmarks, buildings, monuments etc. The information was easy to take in, a carefully chose combination of dates and historical events, famous personalities and places in the city.

Get a Cluj Tour provided us a tour on just a 12 h notice, which we were truly happy about. Our guide Joseph is an extremely knowledgable and passionate person who knows Cluj and its history in-depth. When he figured we are of Jewish descent he has kindly re-routed our tour and shown us synagogues, the Jewish community, Jewish cemetery, a kosher restaurant and many other places we wouldn't be able to find on our own. We would also recommend Joseph as a Relocation Consultant. When we told him about our plans to move to Cluj including the concerns about how and where to live/shop/eat/walk/seek medical and veterinary (for our dog) care, he was so kind and drove us around the different neighborhoods. He explained the differences between living in the different parts of Cluj and advised on the best options meeting our criteria. He was able to give detailed answers to all the abovementioned questions, thus proving us a clear picture of how living in Cluj would be like. Joseph exceeded all our expectations but that was on day 1. Day 2 see under Turda salt mine, Rimetea village & Alba Iulia (1 day, from Cluj) review.
