This was a cool experience! The jungle was beautiful even with the light rain. It just added to the experience with the sounds. Our guide, Julian, was very knowledgeable and such a great guy. He knew every bird sound and tree we asked about. We started off by spotting a couple of macaws! The whole hike was great and the waterfall was beautiful. Our driver, Travis, was great too and very helpful.

We paid around $400 Belize - $340 Australian dollars . We are extremely upset at the cost for what we received - we got picked up at 1 - started the walk around 2 - did an easy track , not much available due to heavy rainfall earlier , the morning of and 2 days before . Walked around track 1 and 2 , very slippery as you’d expect therefore had to walk slow. Told we had to leave by 4-,despite seeing others people start their trek at 4. No time to see waterfall and no option to swim as river flowing too fast apparently. We are very dissatisfied and upset that we weren’t told that this would be all we’d get .and given an option to negotiate a lesser charge perhaps . We are requesting some sort of refund . This is the most outrageous price we have paid for a tour and was poor value for the money . The guide was nice enough but $400 for what we received is exorbitant and the process needs reviewing by the company I think as to review rates on the day if you can’t be provided tour as advertised. WE ARE REQUESTING A REFUND .
