Begin with a guided Distillery Tour before learning the basics of Mixology and create bespoke cocktails to enjoy in our eclectic Drink Studio. Discover the history of cocktails and the technique of creating a perfectly-balanced cocktail in a fun, engaging environment in a stunning boutique space.
Learn shaking & stirring techniques, and create two custom cocktails using spirits crafted at our distillery under the guidance and support of our Head Mixologist. Experience available only by bookings and not available for walk-ins.

What To Expect
Every Fridays and Saturdays at 5:45 pm and also upon request. Founder led experience . Expect a warm welcome with a gin and tonic followed by a guided Distillery Tour, learn the basics of Mixology and create 2 bespoke cocktails to enjoy in our custom oak bar. Learn about the history of cocktails and techniques of creating a perfectly-balanced cocktail in a fun, engaging, light-hearted environment, in a stunning boutique space. Learn shaking & stirring techniques, and create two custom cocktails using spirits crafted in our Distillery . Guided Tour is in English and Transcripts Available upon request in French, Spanish , German , Italian , Malayalam & Hindi Minimum headcount for private parties is : 8

5.00I am just home after a night in Cork Cty with my two sisters and the highlight had to be our experience in The Rebel Distillery. The combo experience of the cocktail masterclass and tour is a must if you are visting the city. We were greeted with the most beautiful warm smile from Bhagia on arrival and she made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed making cocktails under the watchful eye of Bhagia and enjoyed drinking them even more! She allowed us to try small tasters of all the distillery has to offer including their very unique absinthe. The drinks were generous, the craic was great and the venue was very cool and trendy. There was no mistaking Bhagis's indian influence in the business. Gin is my drink and the Maharani Gin from this distillery is in my top 3 favourites now.

5.00The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was fascinating to see the distillery and the setup they have in place. The cocktails were all delicious and unique—definitely not your typical gin. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into the different spices they use to create their blends. The highlight of the experience for both my wife and me was Bhagya. She’s such a lovely person and incredibly passionate about what she does, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had a great time and shared plenty of laughs. I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cork!

5.00An unbelievable experience! 6 of us went as a mini hen party and we couldn't have asked for a more fun and engaging class. The alcohol itself is delicious, but the experience itself was the star of the show. Thank you so much for having us, I can't wait to go again with my husband!
