We had such a great time learning about the coffee process; tasting coffee prepared in different ways. Christian and Juan were are fun baristas. The resort was beautiful. One reason we went with this excursion is because we knew it wouldn’t be cancelled if there was rain.

We learned a lot about the details that go into a cup of coffee. Not something you experience at Starbucks in the states. Gustavo is an expert.

My girlfriend and I did a private tasting with Gustavo. First off, Los Molinos looks fabulous. We stayed on a coffee plantation and just came to Los Molinos for the private tasting. Next time we come to Boquete, it is likely we will stay at Los Molinos. Gustavo, our barista and educator was charming and full of information about the region, the coffee, the brewing, and the tasting process. He made this activity fun and highly educational. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience, I would recommend it highly for adults who enjoy coffee, and we feel that it was good value for such a great experience. They rescheduled out time once and we had to wait about 30-45 min after our scheduled time for the previous couple to finish their session. No problem, the staff at Los Molinos offered warm hospitality, we enjoyed a beer by the lovely pool, with Volcan Baru in the background. This delay only added to our enjoyment of the activity. Highly recommend.
