They picked us up at 11 for a booked 9:00 tour. When they told me not aval at 9 agreed to 11. However what showed up was a filthy dented worker transport truck with a bench in back for us to sit on. I refused so sat in the filthy inside. Had I paid $15 I might have accepted but I did not. My husband is back there now in open highway. WTF! This is unacceptable and dangerous!

The coffee farm tour has been the highlight of our trip so far. The host picked us up at our hotel and took us on a short drive to his property. We toured the property and learned all about coffee growing as well as the other plants he had. The farm was stunning and he was happy to answer all our questions. We then enjoyed two coffees he grew and roasted along with tortillas and beans that his wife made. All were delicious. It felt like such a special experience and we were glad the hosts shared it with us.

Husband and wife gave us a tour of their plantation. They were wonderful and walked us through the whole daily process of what they do. The wife gave us a snack of homemade tortillas and black beans. Great tour that I would highly recommend.

This was a so cool experience. The farmer himself and his wife explained how they farm and grow their coffee beans on their farm. We visited the farm and went around. They also grow avocados and other crop on their farm. They also showed us the different processes to get a roasted coffee bean and we had the chance to taste the difference between two styles of making coffee and taste homemade tortillas with black beans. We highly recommend to make the tour. For me with a farming background this was a really special experience.

Our guide and his wife picked us up at our hostel. The tour was exciting and great fun. We were allowed to see the entire plantation and he had an answer to every question. The highlight was the coffee tasting at the end of our tour. This was accompanied by homemade tortillas and home-grown beansauce. After the tour we were taken back to our hostel.

What an outstanding and worthwhile experience! The drive takes you out of the city center and up to a cozy farm. The tour is very informative and enjoyable. Not just for coffee enthusiasts. This family is warm and hospitable and will make this trip worth your time and money while visiting Antigua.

We loved visiting the farm and seeing a slice of life for a Guatemalan farmer. The host is lovely, his wife super and the tour is a fun thing to do if you have a few days in Antigua.
