5.00Me and my husband had an amazing time. It's a taste of Colombian dishes with the history behind the different dishes along with their special drinks that were made that consist of the different Colombian fruits. Our host and guide through the different dishes was estaban, he was amazing. Very sweet, very hospitable, just a joy. The chef was amazing. The art inside of the home was just great. I have nothing but good things to say and had a great experience doing this tasting dinner. I would highly recommend anyone that is visiting Medellin to take a evening out of your vacation and do this experience.

5.00Taking this tour was the best decision of the trip. Our guide not only took us to eat, but explained the history and origin of each ingredient. His passion for Colombian culture is contagious. We tasted everything from the most traditional arepas to fruits that we never knew. It is an authentic experience that no one should miss:)

5.00My husband and I had an incredible evening on this journey through Colombian essentials. This is far more than a dinner; it's a captivating tour of the country's geography and history through a stunning 10-course tasting menu. The experience was wonderfully intimate and exclusive. I don't speak any Spanish, but the host provided seamless English translations for every story behind the dishes. Each course was a delicious discovery, expertly paired with delicious drinks and unique juices. I truly loved every bite, but the highlight for me was the Capón de Ahuyama—a kind of stuffed pumpkin. It was generously filled with a savory mix of meats, rice, and spices, and was an absolute revelation! The space itself is a gem, decorated with art from local creators that you can buy to support the community and bring home a special memory. If you want to understand the soul of Colombia through its food and art, this experience is perfect!

5.00The concept of Colombian food isn't necessary beans, rice and pork belly, there's a lot more to it. Colombia essentials is the entire Colombian food experience. Experiencing Colombia through food is immersing yourself in the real deal. A personalized experience where the chef sits with you and shares the entire meal isn't something you experience anywhere. This is experience is something that is hard to describe with words... YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF!

5.00This was an amazing experience. Came with my lovely wife and kid and was taken care. We had many different dishes to try that are around Colombia without having to travel around the country. Several dishes... Tapas style... Dessert... The chat about what your are eating and been treated as family rather than just another customer or tourists is priceless... Chef came out, serve his food, feed us, did his thing and mingle with us...
