Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Arrive at the entrance of Colosseum 15 minutes before time. The entrance will be Invalid after 15 Minutes of travel time
You must follow the queue for security check
Please note: Colosseum fees are listed in inclusions. The remaining cost of the experience covers the app and other amenities
If you book the last Colosseum entry slot of the day, you won’t have time to visit the Forum or Palatine afterwards — they will already be closed. That means you’ll need to visit the Forum and Palatine either before your Colosseum time slot, or the next day, as long as it’s within 24 hours of when you first entered one of the sites.
The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

2.00We booked for 3 pm on a Friday afternoon and it stated the experience takes 1-3 hours but we were not told the Colosseum and Forum shuts at 4:30pm. We therefore missed out on going round the Forum and Palatine hill. I don’t think the 3pm booking should have been offered as there was clearly not enough time to look round all three areas in 1.5 hours! My audioguide also did not work with sound, only text to read.

1.00I want a refund for this tour. I booked the tour for 8 February and when we entered the Coloseo they refused us because the ticket issued to us was for 7 February. I feel scammed. I do not recommend Viator. I tried to contact them but could not find a request refund option. Bad experience.

5.00Amazing experience to see and walk around such an iconic part of Rome. Spent the best part of the day here including palatine and the forum. Best advise is do wear sensible foot wear, as the paths are very uneven and quite slippy in places. And to get the most amazing view I would recommend entering via the palentine entrance rather than the forum one.

5.00It's inexplicable, a unique feeling to be able to see these places with my own eyes. We almost didn’t get to get tickets and thanks to this app we were able to find and not miss something as unique as this, we didn’t hesitate to use this app again for any activity we want to do in the future, it helped us a lot and late at night. 100% recommended, if you can go, do it that you will not regret (wear comfortable shoes, walk a LOT).

2.00Of you book the ticket it's not clear that you have to write the name of the person whp travels with you in the open fields. I didnt like the coworker whp didnt help me. He just said that i needed to buy a new ticket in stead of helping me change the name of the ticket. The experience in the colloseum was nice.
