Cruise to Comino Island, Blue Lagoon & Crystal Lagoon
Join us for a scenic boat trip from Bugibba to Comino Island! Enjoy stunning views of Malta’s coastline, including cliffs, caves, and small islands. Along the way, see St. Paul’s Island with its iconic statue, and snap photos of beautiful sea caves.
We’ll stop at two amazing swim spots:
Crystal Lagoon – Only reachable by boat, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and trying out our three water slides (available June–October, weather permitting).
Blue Lagoon – Swim in crystal-clear waters, relax on the sun deck, or slide into the sea. You can also explore peaceful, car-free Comino Island.
Important: To get off at Blue Lagoon, Comino, book a free ticket in advance at blcomino.com.
On the return to Bugibba, enjoy views of Santa Maria pirate caves and the Elephant’s Head rock formation. Perfect for swimming, relaxing, and exploring!

Sun loungers are free, but available on a first-come, first-served basis
Crystal Lagoon stop operates from June 1 to October 30, and only in fair weather
Captain may cancel or modify the trip due to weather or safety concerns
Routes, start/end points may change based on sea or operational conditions
Listen to onboard announcements or ask the crew for the correct departure times
From November to April, a large sailing catamaran may be used (no underwater windows)
The 5:00 PM Seabird tour is a shorter 4-hour experience

Valletta
To reach the departure location from Valletta, take a bus heading towards St Pauls Bay and get off at Moll bus stop. Parades is the nearest bus stop to your destination.
Sliema
To reach the departure location from Sliema, take a bus heading towards St Pauls Bay and get off at the Moll bus stop.

5.00Malta is a very nice place even in winter. It was windy some of the time. Museums are generally not worth it, but churches are beautiful. Hop-on hop-of can be replaced with normal buses. The program for the hop-on ends pretty quickly at 17/18 hours.

4.00Let’s start to say it’s very very very beautiful, totally worthy My advice for everyone: If it says it’s going to be good weather and no wind, trust me, ITS GOING TO BE WINDY. Bring clothes. Believe me. At least not in the summer. But incredible boat and trip. Maybe better songs on the boat.

1.00The trip was cancelled due to bad weather. We understand this, however we were not notified. We arrived by taxi to the meeting point and no one was there, it was only when we checked the operator information that we were told about the cancellation. No text, email or call prior.

5.00My late morning-afternoon cruise to Comino was incredible. Even though the day was windy, the temperature was great for February and we saw beautiful sites. We spent about 3.5 hrs on Comino, so I was able to buy a delicious lunch, swim, and go off the slide on the boat. The tour guide over the speakers was so funny and also great at informing us of exactly schedules, amenities available to us, and the beautiful sites we were seeing. Would definitely recommend, even in February!

5.00Fabulous day out on the Sea Bird. Hopped on board at St Paul's Bay, Malta via Comino to Gozo, stopping enroute at the Blue Lagoon whilst also seeing other local landmarks and caves. Bus ride to Victoria on Gozo highly recommended. The whole trip was seamless and expertly narrated by the skipper/crew. Great value!

3.00Lot of delays with very slow boarding process. They had delays at gozo in docking This meant that the last part of the journey was in darkness The boat was very crowded But staff were good and helpful
