Our location, Caribbean Chiliboats San Juan, is at San Juan Bay Marina.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and prepare for the tour.
Minimum height: 48 in (1.22 m).
Maximum weight: 450 lb (204 kg) for two people, and 240 lb (109 kg) for one person.

Arrival & Check-in: • Please arrive 30 minutes early for parking, check-in, and safety briefing • Late arrivals will be considered a “no-show” and are non-refundable • Reserved spaces will not be reassigned
What to Bring: • Water shoes (required; you will get wet) • Comfortable clothing or swimwear • Hat and sun protection • Sunglasses • Bring only essentials (limited storage space)
Safety & Rules: • Life jackets must be worn at all times • Follow all guide instructions for safety • No jumping into the water or damaging the equipment • Any damage caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation • Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited • Participants under the influence will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety guidelines
Important Information: • Tours operate rain or shine • The decision to cancel will be made at the meeting point based on safety conditions • Please verify the correct meeting location before your tour • Bring a valid ID and the credit card used for booking (must match) • The person who made the reservation is responsible for informing all participants • If you have any medical condition, consult your doctor before participating

Laguna del Condado
Dare to experience an eco-friendly adventure aboard our Chiliboats Waterbike! With easy pedaling, great stability, and maximum safety, you'll explore the Condado Lagoon estuary. Approximate Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes (including approximately 30 minutes of on-shore preparations and a 45 minute adventure on the water)

Liked Chiliboat experience but no history guide tour

3.00In the description it says "Learn about San Juan’s history while you pedal". Unfortunately this was very misleading as it gave the impression that the tour guide was going to provide us with information of San Juan while we pedeled to different parts of San Juan. The guide was good but he guided us without providing us with any San Juan information. We liked the experience of the chiliboats overall but you really either need to change the description or have the tour guide provide the history of San Juan. There was also mention of seeing things we wouldn't normally see which how would we know that unless someone told us what we were looking at.

3.00We booked this tour months in advance. When our trip came up, we did have to reschedule for a different day due to another tour of ours needing to change the date. They were very accommodating for this. When the day of this tour came, they messaged us and said the weather wasn't looking great in the morning, so we changed to an afternoon spot. We were walking around in the afternoon and the weather was beautiful, but they told us again that it didn't look good (an hour before) and asked if we could do the night tour or we could cancel. We went with the night tour. It was cool and beautiful, but we were hoping to see sea life which we couldn't do much at night. I got the vibe that they moved us because more people signed up for the night tour and they didn't want to take just us out, but cant day for sure. Overall it was fun and I recommend it.

5.00Chiliboat tour was fantastic! Jose our tour guide was very helpful and spotted sea turtles and manatees for us. Not difficult to pedal the bikes, they are safe and will not tip over. Would definitely recommend as a great way to see the lagoon and get beautiful views of San Juan!
