Welcome to Podere Lesignano, a haven of nature and relaxation in the hills of San Marino since 1850. We are delighted to promote a healthy, genuine, and organic diet that is tied to our region's tradition and culture.

Enjoy a tour of the farm surrounded by vineyards and olive trees with a tasting of local products, and then we'll guide you step by step in learning how to make fresh pasta by kneading eggs and flour to create the famous tagliatelle, create delicious sauces like the timeless ragù, and concoct our traditional dessert, the bustrengo. Everything is made from scratch and according to a recipe handed down from our grandmothers.

We will supply you with the best fresh ingredients, including our olive oil, ancient grain flour, and seasonal vegetables from our garden, all farm-to-table and organic. After class, sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the food you created.

My partner and I had such a great time with this experience. It started off with a brief tour of the family farm and then led into a really fun cooking course. Matteo was a great teacher and we walked away with recipes that we look forward to making at home. He was also very personable and our afternoon was filled with great conversation and many laughs. We can't wait to visit this area again, we will definitely be booking this experience again. Highly recommend, thanks Matteo!

Cook like a local in San Marino was truly unforgettable. From the moment Matteo welcomed us with a big smile and showed us around his family’s land, it already felt special. We got a glimpse of real life in San Marino, with every detail adding to the charm. Together with another family we started cooking on small stoves outdoors, preparing sauces, pasta and dessert. My nine-year-old daughter loved every minute, proudly wearing her apron and helping with the dough. While the sauce was gently simmering we enjoyed local wine and small bites, surrounded by laughter and stories. Matteo guided us with warmth, his grandmother joined in, and soon we were all gathered at a long table sharing the dishes we had just made. The setting, the atmosphere and the food were perfect. This was so much more than a cooking class, it was a memory to treasure. If you ever visit San Marino, do not miss this experience.

Amazing experience from the very beginning The location is absolutely gorgeous and the host was very welcoming, friendly, and professional We had a lot of fun learning some traditional recipies of San Marino and all the food came out delicious. He gave us the freshest ingredients and wine from his farm was phenomenal Thank you very much

The experience was simply amazing. I can’t believe we know how to make good pasta now. Mateo was very patient, accommodating, and professional. The food turn out delicious and we did it! This tour is highly recommended.
