Spend an evening in a real Italian home with Enza and her family in the countryside in Corigliano d'Otranto near Lecce.
We begin with a traditional Italian aperitif, sharing homemade appetizers and prosecco while everyone gets to know each other.
Then each guest prepares their own fresh pasta by hand using local ingredients and family recipes.
Once the pasta is ready, we cook everything and sit around the table together to enjoy dinner with local wine, music and conversation.
The evening ends with homemade dessert, our family limoncello, and a small memory of the experience.

I’ve done several cooking classes during my travels, but this one truly has no comparison. From the very first moment, you feel a warmth that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s not just a class, it’s a real, intimate, deeply human experience. You’re not just taking a course; you’re stepping into a true Italian home, into someone’s life, into their way of sharing food and time. Everything flows naturally: the aperitivo with local products, the stories, the laughter… and the pasta-making is simply incredible. There’s no rush, no pressure, just the joy of doing something together, the way it used to be, while enjoying excellent wine. Enza and Antonio are the heart of it all. Their kindness, attention to detail, and the way they make you feel at ease are truly special. You arrive as a guest and leave feeling like you’ve spent an evening with family. I’ve taken other cooking classes, but this one is something completely different. It stays with you, not just for the food, but for the emotions it leaves behind.

There’s something special about this place, something that’s hard to put into words. The house is beautiful and welcoming, the garden is peaceful, and at sunset everything becomes even more magical. Sitting there with a glass of wine, surrounded by nature and the calm of the evening, is one of those moments that really stays with you. The cooking part was just as enjoyable: making orecchiette and maccheroncini by hand, with simple gestures full of tradition, was both fun and surprising. It’s not just about cooking, it’s about learning something real, in a relaxed and joyful way. Enza and Antonio truly make the difference, they are genuine, warm, and make you feel at ease from the very first moment. You don’t feel like a guest, but part of their home. It was a simple, authentic experience, and that’s exactly what made it unforgettable.

We greatly enjoyed the de cooking class as Enza and Antonio have given it. We ate delicious from the antipasti board of local and homemade products. The pasta making class was fun, there was also a lot of encouragement. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food, coziness and warmth!

This was absolutely one of the most fun excursions I have ever done on vacation. You felt like you were visiting someone’s home whom you have known forever. We enjoyed a beautiful charcuterie tray with wine and then began our pasta making session. Enzo is an excellent instructor. We made two different pastas from scratch, no machines! Enzo had made the sauces ahead of time so after the pasta making was finished, we went to the dining room and she served the pastas with different sauces and two different wines. After dinner, we enjoyed a homemade tart that Enza had made and tasted their homemade limoncello. The whole night was magical. We were sad to leave. I would highly recommend this tour..

From the start, you learn about the Italian way to enjoy eating starting with the charcuterie board, the pasta, Enza's homemade dessert. Accompanied by prosecco and local wines. This was so much fun! Making the meal was superb (SO cool!), but the even better part was meeting this delightful family as well as the other guests. Time flew by. This will be one of our favorite memories!

The moment we saw the aperitivo table, we knew this was going to be something special. Fresh vegetables from the garden, local cheeses, homemade bread… everything prepared with so much care. It immediately set the tone for the whole evening.
