Absolutely fantastic cooking class with a wonderful Italian family who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole experience was fun, relaxed, and really informative, with plenty of tips and stories along the way that made it truly authentic. The food we prepared with Enza’s instructions was absolutely delicious, and it was so special learning traditional recipes in such a warm and friendly environment. A lovely touch was that Enza sent us all of the recipes afterwards so we can recreate the dishes at home and relive the experience. This is an absolute must-do when visiting Puglia and was without doubt one of the highlights of our holiday. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a genuine and memorable Italian experience!

From the moment my daughter and I arrived at Cooking Love, we were greeted warmly by the family of five at their beautiful home. They had a beautiful charcuterie board prepared with homemade dips and homegrown vegetables, with glasses of Prosecco for everyone. We gathered on their outside deck to prepare our pasta, which was guided expertly by Enza and her daughters. The wine flowed, as well as the conversation, among the 12 guests, and the finished product was spectacular. The dinner ended with a homemade pie. I highly, highly recommend that you book an evening at Cooking Love if you are in the Lecce region.

The pasta class was nothing short of amazing. From Enza and Antonio, the welcoming and gracious hosts, to the appetizers and wine by the pool, to the pasta making class, to enjoying the meal we made together with our group, to the dessert , wine and lemoncello after dinner, to the music shared around the table, eveyrthing was perfect. This was our second time taking the pasta class and we will definitely be back again. You will love the entire evening, guaranteed.

The favorite thing we did on our week and a half in Puglia. Enza and her family truly open up their home to you. The wine, champagne, and laughs flow and they are patient with everyone regardless of past cooking experience. The location is about 25 mins outside of downtown Lecce in case that's an issue

Eight of us (friends from Seattle) decided to take a pasta‑making class. We knew we would have fun; we didn’t know we would have this much fun! Our hosts, Enza and Antonio, welcomed us into their home and lives. Assisted by their two daughters, they patiently guided us in making pasta, culminating in a lively meal of pasta we made ourselves. We highly recommend this outing—buon appetito!

Delightful cooking experience, maybe the best I've had so far. Enza and Antonio are warm and kind hosts, Enza is an expert cook, their house cozy and welcoming. Memorable experience, not just a cooking class.

One of my travel goals was to book a pasta making class in Italy. Found this one in Puglia near Lecce and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts (Enza & Antonio) were amazing. The roll out of the evening was perfect. We started with appetizers with the hosts, then made 2 types of pasta with Enza who is a great teacher. We enjoyed a magnificent pasta meal with wine and dessert. Overall, we would say this experience exceeded our expectations and rate this as a 5 out of 5.

What a great start to our trip in Puglia. We were staying in Lecce and didn’t have a car so Enza booked us a return taxi taking all the stress out of getting there. It was like a visit with family and friends but learning g to cook pasta from scratch with just Semolina and water. A great evening.
