We had a wonderful evening learning to make pasta in a real Italian family home near Lecce. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and generous with both their time and their food. The setting felt personal and authentic, not touristy. We enjoyed the hands-on cooking, the conversation, the wine, and the chance to experience local hospitality in a relaxed family setting. Highly recommended for couples looking for a memorable and genuine experience near Lecce.

We had such an amazing time at the cooking class with Enza and Antonio at their home! They are wonderful hosts and provided everything to make the night special. Appetizers, wine, pasta, dessert and lemoncello. Everything was delicious. We were with 9 others and it was great mingling , laughing and enjoying each other's company. Highly recommend!!

We chose this cooking class as part of our honeymoon, hoping for a special experience to remember… and what we found was something far beyond anything we could have imagined. From the very first moment, it didn’t feel like an activity — it felt like being welcomed into a home. Enza and Antonio don’t just teach you how to cook… they share a piece of their lives. Their warmth, their energy, and the love they put into every detail made us feel like we were sitting at the table with family and lifelong friends. There is something truly magical about preparing traditional dishes together, laughing, learning, and sharing stories over a glass of wine. It created a connection that felt so genuine, so real, that for a few hours we forgot we were travelers… we simply felt at home. Out of all the experiences of our honeymoon, this is the one that will stay in our hearts forever. Not just for the food, but for the feeling — of being welcomed, of being part of something authentic and full of love. If we could give more than 10 stars, we absolutely would. An unforgettable evening, full of emotion, warmth, and beautiful memories.

Wonderful experience! My family and I really enjoyed the charcuterie board offerings (many were homemade) very delicious and elegantly presented. This was given at the beginning of our evening along with the option of a glass of Prosecco. Then on to hands on learning how to make fresh pasta. Lots of fun and laughter with everyone. Our pasta was cooked by our hosts and served to us with delicious homemade sauce. We finished our dinner with homemade pie and limoncello. I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience.

This cooking class was one of our best tours! Our host’s Enza and Antonio were fun, and very professional. To start the evening, Enza and Antonio presented us with an amazing variety of delicious appetizers. Some made with vegetables, and olives that they had grown on their property. A choice of Prosecco, water or tea was given to go along with our appetizers. The presentation of the appetizers was truly beautiful and uniquely displayed on a charcuterie board that was made by Antonio. My family and I really enjoyed our experience learning how to cook like a true Italian. Enza showed a step-by-step how to make two different types of pasta. We then tried our hand at making the same pastas as Enza had made. We had a lot of laughs and really enjoyed our time together. Enza then cooked and served it to us topped with two different types of delicious sauces. We ended our meal with a delicious pie that Enza made for us along with some homemade limoncello. I highly recommend this tour if you like good food, good company, and a fun evening.

My sister and I love traveling together and we do an annual trip every year which always includes a cooking class. We have been doing this for many years. That being said, the cooking class with Enza and Antonio is far and above anything we have experienced! I wish we could give them 10 stars! Everyone’s reviews are accurate and reflective of the true experience! I don’t want to rewrite all the great things everyone has said…just know it’s true! It feels like home with family and good friends!

We booked this as a simple cooking class… but it turned into one of those nights you wish you could relive forever. From the first glass of prosecco in the garden to making orecchiette together, everything felt natural and authentic. By the time Antonio started playing guitar, we were no longer guests… we were part of something real.
