You will be welcomed by the chef and the owner in a familiar and friendly atmosphere.

In addition to the cooking school we will listen to Italian music accompanied by good wine!

During a short interval, the owner will prepare a small tasting of their 100% completely natural extra virgin olive oil

All the products that will be used are completely natural and all produced by the owner

You can buy oil and wine directly from the producer!

Once the cooking school is over we will sit at the table to taste the freshly prepared pasta and dessert.

What To Expect

We'll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We'll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook. This was one of our favorite memories from a six-country Grand Tour. Everyone was so fun and welcoming and loved to share their love of cooking and pasta and wine and everything. As we are making things, various little snacks would just show up that were so delicious I didn't want to wait for our main dish! We would love to do it again we had so much fun!

Very nice relaxing experience. Chef Dandy and his wife were very welcoming. The cooking instructions were easy to follow and the meal we created was fantastic. After having the tiramisu that we created (according to the method that was described as accurate and true) I don’t think I will ever be satisfied with restaurant tiramisu again.

This was an amazing experience with Chef Dandy, Chef Otelia,, Sofia and Nina. They made our fun and loud group feel at ease and at home while teaching us Nonna’s wonderful recipes. We were especially grateful for the special attention to our friend who needed to have gluten free options while making her feel special. What a wonderful night that we will never forget. May God bless this family and their gracious hosting in the future. I would highly recommend them for anyone visiting this lovely area between Cortona and Arezzo.

This was a great time. Event lasted 5.5 hours. There was a total of 16 people in the class but it was well managed and broken into two smaller groups most of the time. Food prep was very hands on. Wine seemed bottomless. Our hosts were both very personable and knowledgeable about cooking. Their home is on a mountainside with beautiful views and lots of space to relax during down time. They spoke English, Spanish and Italian. Really was a fantastic time.
