We'll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We'll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook. The experience last about 5 hours. Other things to note Please let us know if you have allergies or dietary restrictions . If you don't find an available date, contact us.

We had an amazing time with Chef Dandy and his family! We learned how to hand-roll fresh pasta and make a delicious ragu, with tiramisu to top it off. Unlike some of the bigger classes I’ve seen available, this was a private class that never felt rushed - we spent the evening talking with our hosts, testing the chef’s homemade wine & olive oil, and enjoying bruschetta while we cooked and learned some new culinary skills. This was easily one of our favorite experiences from our trip, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We chose this experience on a Cousin's Trip to Tuscany. Chef Dandy was a fun and informative host. We really enjoyed preparing, and then eating, the fresh pasta, ragu and tiramisu in his home that he shares with his parents. We also enjoyed tasting their wine and olive oil, which was quite good. We were able to arrange with Chef Dandy for transportation to the villa from Cortona, which made it even better, especially since it was his friendly father who did the driving. Since we had been speaking with Chef's father and mother, we asked them to join us for dinner, which made the evening even more enjoyable. I would recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys cooking!

We had an amazing time with Chef Dandy and his family. They were so welcoming and insightful. He was very patient with us and was a great teacher! The views were beautiful and it was nice how slow paced and detailed the class was. They make their own wine and olive oil, and they were both amazing!

Excellent example of traditional cooking techniques that are unhurried and enjoyed with friends old and new. The dinner is delicious, as are the wines and the olives and olive oil all produced on-site. Prepared in a delightful family home taught by a warm and engaging family, the meal that is shared at the end is memorable. We highly recommend this cooking class.
