This class was a great introduction to popular Peruvian dishes. We visited the market and got to try different cheese, bread, chocolate and fruit, and then we headed back to the kitchen to make a few dishes and a pisco sour. Chef jesús is very knowledgeable and nice, and for me the class was the perfecet length.
