We booked this walking tour for our day in port from a cruise. Our cruise ship docked later than expected, and we were scurrying to make it to our tour on time. I had trouble trying to call the company, but fortunately, our guide, Laura, called me to check on my location. We were enroute via the Subway, and Laura offered to meet us at the subway station exit and informed us we were the only people booked on her tour. Meeting her only 5 minutes past the scheduled start time, Laura proceeded to give us a very personalized tour. She planned it so that we had the best vantage point for the changing of the guard at the Royal Palace and explained the whole process. She led us through the main sites in Copenhagen, and also included some little "gems" that other tourists were likely to overlook. Her explanation of the city's history was informative and well delivered. Our tour ended in a lovely square surrounded by restaurants, and she was able to make recommendations of what we should do for the balance of our day. 10 out of 10 stars for Laura!
