3.00We took this tour with friends on our first day in Copenhagen thinking it would give us an introduction to the history and culture of Denmark. It didn’t really accomplish that goal as we did learn much about Danish culture or even much about the origins of the cuisine. We chose the 10 tastings tour but there was too much food for us as seniors. We ate mostly street food and the guide asked us what we wanted to eat at each location. That may have been for some people but we would have preferred more guidance in making choices. The food was very good though and we might give more stars if only ranking the food

4.00Our guide chose excellent food experiences—very delicious and very Danish. We enjoyed walking and getting an overview of the city. Our guide, Crystal, had local insights that were interesting and personal. But, the tour was not a good value. The price should be a flat rate with optional up charges for alcohol, which we did not have. $400 for two felt overpriced for a hot dog between us, some pastries, strawberries, a few fancy chocolates, a couple of sodas and 2 smorresbord. Our guide was a nice person but looked like she had just rolled out of bed. Sorry for the plain critique; grooming matters.

5.00Well laid out. Our guide, Fabrine, was terrific. She was in contact with us early on to make sure our needs were met. If we said we did not like food type A, she shifted to an alternate, equally good, food to taste. She understood our mobility was not the best, so she had a planned route with several extra stops to sit and rest. She even took us to a taxi stand at the end and flagged down a taxi for our ride home. Of course, the food we tasted was wonderful. Never could have had such an experience by ourselves!

5.00This is 100% the tour you should do at the beginning of our Copenhagen vacation. We booked this trip to help our two kids stay awake during those crucial hours when jet lag is the absolute worst. They were so sleepy but our guide was so patient and kept them engaged! I was impressed with her knowledge, understanding and over all kindness. She was so helpful in orienting us to the city and figuring out what to do and where. The food was wonderful. Both savory and sweet things to eat. We were so full by the end! We highly recommend this tour! Not only do you get great food, but also a wealth of information! Worth every single penny!
