This was a fabulous tour and far exceeded our expectations! We learned about the area in a very comprehensive and fun way. We were a small group, had a great comfortable van. Our guide Martin was excellent in driving, knowledge, interest in us and pointing out points along the way. He engaged us with conversations, remembered our comments and noted things we were interested in throughout the tour. We got background on what is the Cotswolds, what makes it special, what happened and what is happening now. It’s the stone, the rivers, the sheep, the wool, the mills. We followed a river that connects several of the villages we explored. We got info and perspectives of each village and what made each special. We walked the villages, saw selected highlight aspects of each. And we learned about recent events and trends in the Cotswolds. Wow! We want to come back and explore more.

Had a brilliant day with Martin; top bloke and very knowledgeable about the Cotswold, has local knowledge with great detail. Took us to all the main places, let us sample the local areas around the Cotswolds and took us to some unique locations.
