  If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! We had an amazing time driving our own boats and exploring the beautiful water. Rob made sure we saw both dolphins and manatees, which my daughters were so excited about! One of my favorite parts was hanging out on Beer Can Island, searching for shells and enjoying the crystal-clear water — I found some amazing ones. My husband enjoyed driving the boat and learning all about the islands from Rob. This was easily the highlight of our entire week, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

  Amazing! Don’t go to Anna Maria without doing this. It’s so much fun. We were a few feet away from dolphins and manatees. I can’t imagine a more enjoyable way to see them

  If I could give this tour more than 5 stars, I would. Everything from the tour guides preparation & his fun personality to the quality of the craigcat boats & the stops along the way were amazing and off the charts. We arrived early, and he was ready. So we left early. First stop happened to be in the bay where we saw soooo many dolphins & their babies playing, jumping, and feeding all around us! A few almost jumped onto the boat! That's how close they swam up to us! Next we stopped at a beautiful island peninsula on Pine Key where there were awesome spots for photos! Beautiful swimming area with crystal clear water. Felt like we were in the Bahamas. There also happened to be a few manatees in those waters so we got to enjoy watching them surface for breath a few times. The boats were really easy to maneuver, super stable, and less work/stress on your thighs like jet ski's can be. They are perfect for people for like a bit of lazy excitement, as they do get up in speed if you want them to. All-in-all this tour was a 10/5 HANDS DOWN! Do this tour if you want something different than the usual jet ski or parasailing experience. You won't regret it. BONUS: The tour guide even takes pics for you during the trip so you can stay present and in the moment but also have proof of the amazing day.

  

  

  

  

  

• Incredible catboat tour with Rob!

  My family and I did a catboat tour with Rob yesterday. We had never done anything like that before and it was an experience like no other. Rob explained everything beforehand and made sure we were comfortable driving before we started the tour. Rob took a ton of great pictures of all of us. We were fortunate enough to see a few manatees and we came across a ton of dolphins. Rob took us to Beer Can island which was beautiful in itself. Rob made sure everything on the tour went smoothly, was able to show us some great spots and took awesome pics of the 4 of us. I cant say enough good things about Rob and this tour, if you wanna do something incredible and fun, then absolutely go on this catboat tour with Rob, it will be one of the best experiences you'll have here in AMI!

  So fun!! We saw lots of dolphins and manatees and went to the best little island. Rob made sure to take many pictures so we could enjoy the experience. 100% recommend!!!

  We had never even heard of a two seater boat called a CraigCat before this, but it ended up being the highlight of our trip. As a couple in our 20s, we actually preferred it over a jet ski. It was so fun, comfortable, and unique, and I can see how it would be perfect for all ages. Rob at Gulf Island Adventures was amazing and truly treats you like family out on the water, best guide ever! We got to spend time on Beer Can Island seeing incredible local shell art, and we had dolphins and manatees swimming right alongside our boat which was unforgettable. The pictures are beautiful but do not do it justice, you really have to experience it for yourself. We are already planning our next trip back to do this again with Rob. If you are visiting the area, definitely book this experience! As a born and raised Miami local, this was the prettiest part of Florida I’ve ever been to.

  Absolutely amazing experience! The CraigCat tour was hands down one of the most fun things I’ve done. The ride was smooth, easy to learn, and such a unique way to explore the water. The views were beautiful, and the guide made the whole experience even better with great energy and helpful tips. I would 100% do this again—highly recommend to anyone looking for adventure and fun!

  Great outing! This adventure was a first for us and it did not disappoint! From the safety lesson to giving us points of interest after the ride, Rob was the best guide. He led us up and close to the dolphins and the most beautiful beach. Highly recommend this for anyone that wants to see Anna Marie Island from a different perspective.

  Such a fun tour. I went with my 14yo son. It ended up just being the two of us with Rob, who was a fantastic guide. We really just wanted to go out on the boats and drive around to have a fun adventure. We got to see dolphins up close multiple times on the trip and one time there were about 20. It was amazing. They were so playful and fun to watch. Had a great trip over to beer can island, which had ridiculously clear blue water. And we saw a baby manatee on the way back. It was a 10/10 day.
