What To Expect
The expedition starts on the East coast. You will get to the heart of the island by exploring the main crater in the Papenoo Valley. There get ready to discover the lush vegetation of Tahiti with its giant ferns and colorful plants. You will cross rivers, view impressive waterfalls and pure mountain streams. During the tour, time will be given for lunch (at your own expenses) while looking at the marvelous panorama of the valley. Visit archeological sites and learn more about the local flora and fauna. Way back to your hotel after this great experience.

5.00This tour was great and fun. If you are a big complainer in general do not take this tour. The terrain is rough. I enjoyed every mi Ute of it. The views are magnificent and the tour guide was great. Bring a swimsuit and swim under a waterfall. I recommend this tour

4.00It is rough, jolting, uncomfortable but magnificent environment. Requested English, 6 other travellers only spoke French, guide barely spoke English, fluent in French. Rather isolating. Late start and finish. Long lunch break delay journey.

5.00We had Noah as our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about plants and history of Tahiti. And to go along with that, he was FUN!! Great sense of humor, was playing music for us, and had us laughing all day. A very long day, but worth every minute and every penny!!

5.00Excellent views. So green, lush and peaceful. Know, however, that the 4WD truck is very bumpy on the back roads. Our guide, Noah, was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable about the local Flora and fauna.......he also brings a few surprises that we loved. I also appreciated how much he cares for the animals. It was a wonderful tour.

5.00This is an amazing tour through the mountains of Tahiti. It’s a very long day, bring extra water and snacks, lots of bug spray and make sure you dont have any neck or back injuries . Our guide Noah went over the top as our guide. He taught us a lot of the Polynesian culture, played music throughout the tour and we had a lot of fun. Our pick up was extremely easy and efficient . It is well worth the cost . I’d recommend this tour
