We cruise in a small group in a relaxed, social setting —you step on board as a guest and leave feeling like a local. Sit back, enjoy, and take in the city at an easy pace.
Instead of following a fixed route with standard commentary, we let the day and the group guide the experience. The captain is your host and guide in one, sharing stories and local insights that help you truly understand Amsterdam.
We sail on two beautiful boats. All cruises are 90 minutes. Departures on the historic Jonckvrouw sail at 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00 pm, with additional half‑hour departures on the iconic James Bond boat at 12:30, 2:30, 4:30, 6:30, and 8:30 pm.
Both boats are fully electric, comfortable in all seasons, and equipped with sliding windows, a sunroof, an open aft deck, and a toilet on board.

5.00A great canal tour with Gisela. We appreciated the small number of people on the beautiful wooden boat. Our guide was able to reach areas of the canals that larger boats couldn’t get to. A lovely way to end our five day stay in Amsterdam.

5.00We had the delightful opportunity to meet and chat with our fellow passengers in a relaxing environment. In addition, we came away with a deeper appreciation of the impact of canals on Amsterdam over its long history. Our captain, Giselle, was quite engaging, very informing, and an extremely capable ship’s captain. The ship we traveled on was about 100 years old, well cared for and comfortable, protected from the elements by glass windows, but which were mostly open today. I had little trouble getting the photos I wanted. This will be one of our favorite memories of Amsterdam, and I highly recommend the experience.

5.00Our female captain ( only female capt on the canals) was delightful and made everyone feel like friends by the end of our 90+ minute cruise. She was very knowledgeable about the city history and full of fun facts. She offered drinks and snacks to all 12 of us but then let us help ourselves to more while she kept us safe with her control of the 100 year old boat. It was a great afternoon for everyone,

5.00The tour was great! Jan was our guide and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, extremely funny, and just made the entire experience so much fun. We were unfortunately running 45 minutes late and he waited patiently for us and even worked late so we still got our entire time. I couldn't rate the experience any higher. Ask for Jan to be your guide!
