Panama is the only country in the world where you can experience both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean in a single day. Your tour begins with a scenic drive of about one hour to the Centennial Bridge, where you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gaillard Cut—the narrowest section of the Panama Canal—and the Pedro Miguel Locks.
Next, visit the Miraflores Locks Exhibition Center to learn about the fascinating history of the canal and its operation over the past 100 years.
The journey then continues into the heart of Panama City, where you’ll explore the historic Cathedral, important monuments, and the vibrant downtown district. As you walk through Casco Antiguo, admire the stunning blend of Colonial and Neoclassical architecture that defines this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
To finish, the tour takes you along Balboa Avenue, where you’ll witness the striking contrast of Panama’s modern skyline, home to some of the tallest and most impressive buildings in Latin America

Definitely a must to understand the locking system . The tour around Panama City - the new tower blocks and photo stops worked well . Walking round beautiful old Panama was interesting with lots of photo opportunities. We loved it . We had snacks and drinks on the way back to the cruise ship and we were back on time . Jenny was a fabulous tour guide her knowledge of the country gave us a great insight into Panama life . She was great and so was our lovely driver .

Really great tour from Colon to Panama City and the Panama Canal. Total tour took about 6 hrs and we were back on our cruise with plenty of time to spare. Would highly recommend as the perfect excursion when stopping in Colon!

Great tour, lots of information given by a lively guide who was clearly knowledgeable about Panama! Enjoyed the Empanada and beer for lunch on bus as well. Great way to save time.

The guide was knowledgeable, however, we felt rushed when we were in Panama City. While at the city the guide was taking us to shops that he appeared to have the ins with.

Some folks added last minute to the tour. We were as a result delayed by an hour. Overall just an ok trip. Guide was knowledgeable. Could have done without watching the 45 min imax movie since the guide and the viewing platform team give the same info, time would have been bettered spent at the locks seeing ships pass through.

This was a great tour, with a hugely knowledgeable guide who explained the geography, history and biodiversity of Panama. Milton was everything you could hope in a guide.
