Mamanuca Islands
Departing from Port Denarau, your first stop is the breathtaking Mana Sand Bar — a remote stretch of white sand surrounded by turquoise waters in the heart of the Mamanuca Islands. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided snorkeling session just off the reef, where you can spot vibrant tropical fish and colorful corals in crystal-clear shallows. There’s also plenty of time for a relaxing swim or to capture stunning photos of this surreal and iconic location — known for its beauty and as a filming site for US Survivor. After your swim, you’ll be welcomed back on board with a light morning tea, featuring freshly made banana cake, prepared in our village and brought along for the day.
Mamanuca Islands
After a short 20–30 minute sail from Mana Sand Bar, you’ll arrive at our second stop: the stunning Monu Cove — a deep, aquamarine inlet surrounded by volcanic rock and lush island scenery. This vibrant cove is a playground for water lovers. Guests can swim, snorkel, or for the adventurous, take part in our signature splash competition by jumping off the boat! Whether you’re belly-flopping with friends or gliding into the water for a peaceful snorkel, Monu Cove offers something for everyone. The reef here is teeming with marine life, and the deeper water makes it a favorite for confident swimmers and free divers. For those who prefer to float and soak in the view, the calm cove is the perfect place to relax and recharge before the final stop.

We had an amazing day despite it being the only day with bad weather. The staff were amazing, they were wonderful with my 8 month old baby even offered to take her so I could snorkel. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone, was our favourite tour for sure.

The best money you can spend in Fiji. Truly a great experience and great to support a small family run business. The staff make sure you are never without a drink, whether that’s water or beer. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The tour itself is great. A guided snorkel among amazing coral, then another swim stop with more coral snorkelling or you can jump of the top platform. The last stop gives you a idilic island (the one that castaway was filmed on) for lunch, some lovely walks or more swimming. There is no way you will regret booking this. The best value for money in Fiji.

Unfortunately due to my wife falling ill I did this tour solo. What a wonderful day on the water swimming and visiting islands and snorkeling around some of the most beautiful reefs I have ever seen.

We had around 28 passengers and about 5 crew members. The stops were unique and varied. The Sandbar stop included a snorkelling tour, which had a beautiful coral reef with amazing fish. The current swimming back to the boat after the snorkel tour was strong though. The Island stop was magical, clear water, great for snorkelling, bush walk past a few Castaway sites. The lunch and snacks were very tasty and fresh.

Our party of 7 booked this tour based on a very positive experience in 2024. This time we were picked up 20' later than agreed, at your hotel. We boarded the van the last and there were no enough seats for all of us. My 18 yrs old son had to sit on the floor for the 2 kms till the Marina. This is not OK and I mentioned that on arrival. The team was a large one, were welcoming and kind and we soon heading towards the sand cay, our first goal. On arrival the wind was strong and the captain decided to sail to a reef and return to the sand cay in the afternoon. All good. The reef was new to us, in front of a small island with a sand beach and the boat stopped not far from the beach. My husband and I decided not to snorklle this time but swim and asked if we could swim. The team said yes and off we swam towards the shore. If the team said that we could not swim to the lovely sand beach just opposite us, we did not hear it. As we approached the shore we were caught in the large reefs and my husband was not able to swim back due to the waves and the tides against him. Luckily, I was a little bit behind so I could ask for help. My husband who is a very good swimmer had to be rescued by the crew with a small boat, which happened quickly and efficiently. We both had many cuts in our legs and hands and were kindly assisted by the crew. We were shaken but ok and this did not ruin the day but this said the communication of the safety briefing has to improve. If the boat stops in front of a beach and swimming access to that beach is dangereous, it has to be said clearly, AND before people jump into the water. After that, we had a very good time both in fantastic Mondriki. Delicious and plentiful lunch, and lovely time off around the pristine beach . This time there was no no guided tour inside the island like in 2024. After lunch we sailed to a gorgeous sand cay before returning to the port. This is a lovely tour offering more content than most competitors, and with a competent crew but the safety standards have been relaxed since we first did the tour in 2024. We also felt that we had much more guidance before on the various activities of the day.

A nice cruise to “Mana Sand Bar”, Mananuca Islands, Monuriki Islands.. Lots of opportunities to Snorkel, swim and a good weather as well. Friendly staff in the boat. Good Fijian lunch at Monuriki Islands. There is also a trail where one could walk after having the lunch. Overall a good experience and a chance to see the different fishes and corals while snorkelling .
