Discover one of Bermuda’s oldest living treasures during this 6.5-hour tour of Crystal Caves (entrance fee included), with a 2 hour swim at the Horseshoe Beach (Bermuda’s most popular beach). Explore the caverns and limestone formations of the caves and wander along a floating pontoon pathway underground. Then head to our capital, the City of Hamilton, for shopping, or have lunch, along Front Street with its many boutiques, retail stores and restaurants. Finally, head to one of our pink sand beaches, the Horseshoe Bay, for a swim in its warm crystal blue waters (please note: you must put on your dry clothes to get back on the bus).

5.00Andre was very knowledgeable about the islands which is what we love to hear about. The Crystal Cave was very interesting and neat to see. We had a nice lunch at Pickles and Onions. It was a bit pricey but we could have shared a plate and didn’t realize it when we ordered. Lol We found out from Andre is everything is expensive here. The beach was nice but be prepared to pay $20.00 for a chair per person.

4.00Cave tours was a good stop. We also had plenty of time for the beach. The shopping portion was not enough time to do much but grab a bit of food. The tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

1.00Would have rated 0 if I could. I was deeply dissatisfied with this tour and the behavior of the tour operator. We spent 15–20 minutes searching for her and located her with seven minutes still remaining before the scheduled departure. Tour ticket instructions indicated that we should look for someone holding a sign, but she never had a sign. Instead of assisting us or acknowledging the confusion, she immediately accused us of being late and of delaying the entire group. When I attempted to clarify that we had been trying to find her for nearly twenty minutes, she dismissed my explanation and continued to chastise us in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. We did not continue the excursion because of her unprofessional behavior.

5.00My sister and I did this tour on Wednesday 9/10/25 and it was great! Andre is such a great guide and gave us a thorough introduction to the island, as well as great recommendations for shopping and dining in Hamilton as well. He took us through the itinerary as planned in an air conditioned vehicle and even gave us a glimpse of hope when it rained (we were hopeful of going to the beach and luckily the rain stopped when we arrived at Horseshoe Bay). Overall a fantastic tour. Highly recommended!

5.00This tour exceeded my expectations! From the moment we got off the ship, they were ready and waiting with clear signage. The boss lady, Ms Juanita pronounced my name correctly and everything 😂. Now, let’s talk about my amazing tour guide Mr Andre. He was beyond knowledgeable about every aspect of the island. His wisdom and experience being a native proved so useful as we contemplated returning for another visit. The sites we saw were breathtaking! The crystal caves were beautiful, and the shopping was fun. I explained to Mr Andre as we boarded that I read the previous reviews and saw the mixed feelings. However; I suggest you judge for yourself and read too much into the negative (untruths). While very punctual, Mr Andre was more than lenient with time at each stop. When we return to Bermuda, we WILL be looking him up!

5.00Where do I begin?…Mr Andre was nothing short of amazing! He went above and beyond for my family and I. I explained to him at the beginning of the tour that I read the reviews. All I can say is don’t believe the negative hype. While punctual, he was very lenient without time in all of the stops. He was beyond knowledgeable in every aspect of the island from history to real estate. Next time I visit this beautiful island, I WILL be looking for Mr Andre!

5.00Wonderful and excited experience. Walking down narrow and slippery steps, almost 200 feet underground to see the amazing crystal. It is worth and must see in Bermuda! After the visit, just across the street to enjoy a cocktail at Swizzle Inn!
