Enjoy our convenient Cuenca to Guayaquil or viceversa door-to-door shuttle in very comfortable vehicles equipped with AC. We will provide with an Auto, SUV, Minivan or Van for up to 16 guests based on the size of the group. Our professional, friendly and dedicated drivers would be more then happy to welcome you on board and take you to Guayaquil airport, hotel or airbnb. When making a booking please ensure to put in your flight details, time and date of transfer. It would also be essential to advise on your hotel details (if applicable). This transfer services are available 24/7 all through the year. We also offer the option to make an stop at the Cajas National Park with a tour guide that will take you on a hike to explore some lakes, Polylepis forest and amazing views of the Ecuadorian highlands.

5.00Steven was a great driver, very professional, car was comfortable and clear. Convenient to have hotel pick up and drop off at reasonable price, better than taking a taxi to bus terminal or airport. Elizabeth from Cuenca BesTours was available to answer our questions and was very helpful.

5.00Viator has a US help number where someone I can understand actually answers. When my driver was late Viator contacted him, got me an ETA, and offered to check me into my flight (I was in Ecuador at the time) Super helpful and available!

5.00Our driver waited for us at the airport gate with the sign with our name on it and the talk was enjoyable not the first time I used the service and it happened that it was not the first time he picked me up. 5.00Super safe and super friendly was Steven who picked us up from the airport and took us to Cuenca. Not to mention Luis Gonzales who was our tour guide on the Cuenca City tour and in the Cajas National Park, it is clear that he knows a lot about the culture, he is very friendly and always made sure that we were well and comfortable. And thanks to Javier Vallejo who guided us in all the reservations and was always attentive to all our needs! Cuenca is spectacular!

5.00Very punctual and friendly. Always on the lookout, that makes you confident they won't fail in your pickup. The driver is friendly and knows the route very well, to the point that he chose the cleanest and most comfortable Service Station on the route to do the para technical.
