- Get ready to experience a Ghanaian local Cuisine Cooking Class where you will explore the fragrant and exotic flavours of West African. - You will be introduced to an array of new tastes and flavours as you learn how to create authentic Ghanaian dishes. - Using African cooking techniques, during this workshop you will create traditional dishes. After learning the recipes, you will enjoy eating the feast you’ve helped prepare.
W.E.B. DuBois Center
Visit the W. E. B. Dubois Centre for Pan African Culture, where the great American Civil Rights Activist and author Dr. WEB Du Bois was buried after his long stay in Ghana. You will drive past captivating monuments and architecture including the Independence/ Black Star Square.

5.00I highly recommend you use Landtours and both Gideon and William for any future tours. They truly made the trip memorable. Gideon is extremely knowledgeable and walked us step by step through each excursion, ensuring that everyone in the group was engaged and informed. His interaction with the group was exceptional, and we learned so much from him. His passion and dedication made the experience unforgettable, and because of this, many of our clients are already asking to return in 2026. The restaurants he selected were outstanding—each one was 5-star, with great atmospheres and menus offering a variety of choices. Plus, the prices in US dollars were fantastic! William was an excellent driver, always smiling and displaying a high level of professionalism. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip, which added to the overall positive experience. Hopefully Gideon & William will still be with the company in 2026 to lead the group again!
