CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fees:

· Cancellations after registration: 100% of the deposit.

· Cancellations within 7 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price.

Cancellations must be made directly with the company via fax, email, or phone message and confirmed by the company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.

Cancellation time will be calculated on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

· A 75% deposit is required upon registration.

· The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before departure.
