  We had an excellent tour in Roatan. The driver, Dolfus, is knowledgeable. He took 8 of us to Eden of Maya to see monkey, parrots, Scarlet Macaw, sloths, butterflies, etc. we all got chance to encounter the animals. Arch’s Iguana Farm experience is great. He took us to the countryside and had lunch at local restaurant serving fresh fish which are better than the fish on the ship. We had a customized tour from 9-3:30. Highly recommend this tour.

  This was our first trip to Roatan Dolfus was an excellent tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about the island and its history as we toured the entire island and then he took us to a small Mexican restaurant with excellent food. He had all the time in the world to show us whatever we wanted to see, and we had lots of laughs along the way. Totally recommend this company for your private tour. Thank you so much!

  This was an amazing tour....all because of Joel. He took us all over the island and stopped where we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Since all 6 of us are seniors, he was incredibly patient with us getting in and out of the van. He was a very safe driver and so personable. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to book this tour. I give him a 10+

  It was a little difficult to find the representative outside of the port. They were standing a bit further down from all of the other tour operators and their sign was a bit faded. Once we were in our guide Tracy’s car we had a great tour. He took us to the typical tourist areas and West Bay beach. We absolutely loved the monkey experience and was the highlight of our day. My hubby loved the chocolate from the factory.

  Excellent time w Moses! If you want to choose what to do on Roatan, this is the ideal choice. We wanted to ‘see the island’ and were shown beautiful views and stopped at some fun places on the way for photos, chocolate and the view from the rum cake deck. Moses was engaging, kind, informative and simply perfect for our day. It felt like spending a day w a friend! He is also a very competent driver and we appreciated him listening to our initial request and showing us a lovely day on his island. We would not hesitate to use Viator and Roatan Adventure Tours!

  This was the perfect tour for us. Jordan, our guide, was able to quickly diagnose our desires a put together a great itinerary. We got to see many of the sights on Roatan. Between stops, he gave us lots of interesting facts about the island. We got to interact with sloths and monkeys, take a ride through the mangrove forest and eat lunch at a fun waterfront restaurant. I highly recommend this tour with Jordan as your guide!

  This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of having Mr. Dolfos for my driver. He was so knowledgeable and professional on my last trip, I made it a point to request him for this trip as well. We were traveling with two older women who has walking issues , and he was so patient and kind to them. He went out of his way to make sure these ladies were not left out of anything we did that day from shopping, visiting a hands-on rainforest animal sanctuary, to eating amazing seafood in Punta Gorda. On the way back to the ship there was an accident that was blocking our way and threatening to make us late for our embarkation. In a flash Mr. Dolfos jumped on the phone and had a team of family and friends scouting out a clear path to our ship. We made the ship and he instantly became the hero of our trip. Roatan was the highlight of our trip, filled with history, laughter, fun, fine food and fantastic friends. We look forward to returning again soon and we will definitely be requesting our friend Mr. Dolfos as our driver again.

  We were picked up on time at the agreed meeting point by our guide Dolfus. As soon as we left the port, we heard "Oh, Dolfus? He's a good guy!". It has come true! And the private tour with Dolfus across "his" island was simply outstanding! Born there, he showed us beautiful corners with passion and a lot of sympathy that we probably never would have found, brought his culture, his music and his people closer, walked with us through the jungle, attended an authentic service with us, showed us great beaches and and and and... The day was full of highlights. He was always concerned that we were comfortable and doing well. He treated us like his friends and read every wish from our eyes. It was outstanding! We have met many very good guides, but Dolfus topped them all! We said goodbye to Roatan and Dolfus with tears in our eyes - and made a new friend. Thanks again for everything, dear Dolfus! See you next time!

  Jose was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Considering our desired visit to a town, he took us to Punta Gorda. There we met Michael, our boat driver through the mangroves, and owner of the restaurant Roatán Fish Crawl, where we we enjoyed the.Garifuna culture. Lunch was an amazing meal of fresh lobster, shrimp, and fish, along with a generous portion of rice. We felt that this trip was very reasonable, and most enjoyable. The restaurant has a fish corral where you can get in with the fish and feed them, and also feed a turtle. We found jose and Michael to be great representatives for Roatan and the Garifuna culture. José provided us with a lovely cultural and food experience of Roatan. For us, it was a perfect day!
