Have you ever wondered what secrets cities' parks keep and what hidden stories they can unravel? Well if you have, it is about time for you to find out. Join me on the cycling tour through some of the most beautiful parks in Belgrade and learn what they have to tell you about the Belgrade and its people. Hear about the past ages and learn about some of the most intriguing characters of Belgrade. We will ride the bicycles through the city streets and where possible we will use the cycling paths. In Tašmajdan park, that is in the middle of the tour, we will sit for a drink in the cafe "Poslednja šansa" ("Last chance", you will hear why it is called like that). We will visit the following parks: Liberators of Belgrade Memorial Park, Botanical garden, Academic Park, Pioneers Park, Tašmajdan Park, Manjež Park, Vukov Park. Though each park has a unique story to tell they all share some common background and it is not just the city in which they exist. Join me on the tour and find out!

Liberators of Belgrade Memorial
First park on the tour, dedicated to the fallen soldiers who participated in the battles for the liberation of Belgrade in WWII.
Jevremovac Botanical Garden
This is our second stop. We will walk around the only botanical garden in Belgrade. I will tell some stories connected to this location.

5.00We had the great pleasure of experiencing a bike tour of Belgrade with Slobodan, and it was just fantastic! Slobodan not only showed us the main sights of the city, but also shared with us deep knowledge about the history, culture and many facets of Belgrade. His explanations were exciting, informative and often seasoned with small anecdotes that brought us closer to the city in a very personal way. His insider knowledge was particularly impressive – we discovered places and heard stories you wouldn’t find in any guidebook. Slobodan answered every question patiently and his enthusiasm for Belgrade was infectious. The tour was perfectly organized, and thanks to his pleasant and humorous nature we felt comfortable from the beginning. His excellent knowledge of English has made it easy for us to understand every detail, and his pleasant nature has made the tour an all-round great experience! 5.00The tour was a great experience! Our guide was extremely friendly and welcoming! The bikes were of good qualities and we were led through various important parks and sites in Belgrade. We learned about the history of the town as well as Serbia as a whole. We really had a great time!

I learned a lot about the Serbian history - very interesting! I would really recommended this trip, even for solo travellers.

5.00Excellent tour of Belgrade! Very scenic stops at various parks with important buildings nearby. Sloba is very knowledgeable regarding the history, architecture and infrastructure of the city. He takes great care to present the information in an enthusiastic manner along with visual aids. The cycling was a good amount of exercise but not too strenuous. Highly recommended tour!

5.00This was my second tour with Slobodan. The first tour was his walking tour in January 2022. I enjoy how Slobodan organizes and presents information. He is also engaging and interactive. My first tour with him taught me a lot about iconic Serbian historical figures which gave me insight into Serbian culture. The bike tour was just as good and I will do again when I return to Belgrade. I’m pretty scared of cars so this was the second time I have done urban biking in my life but I felt safe. I would recommend the walking tour if you are not confident about your biking skills.

5.00This was an unbelievable experience filled with so much history knowledge and fun rides. Slobodan was such a fun tour guide and took really good care of us throughout the whole ride. We learned so much about Belgrade and have seen so much beauty in just a few hours and plus we did a hell of an exercise with our bikes. The tour had incredible stops filled with so much history but also green beauty and it peaked to an amazing sunset view over drinks treated by Slobodan. Will definitely rebook once we are back in Belgrade. This experience was the highlight of our trip. Triple thumbs up 😊
