From hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An, drive to MARBLE MOUNTAIN to explore huge natural caves used by VC soldiers as hiding places & hospital in Vietnam War. Take in the views of river, ocean & islands. Admire the rustic beauty of old statues, historical pagodas, and Buddhist temples. See amazing sculptures in a 500-year-old marble carving village.
We then drive along Da Nang coast to MONKEY MOUNTAIN (Also known as Son Tra peninsula). From the high points, you'll take in amazing views of Da Nang city, Pacific Ocean, Cham islands, endless beaches, hundreds of fishing boats... Visit the giant Lady Buddha Statue, she smiles upon the fishing village. Walking in the gardens of beautiful flowers and bonsai trees. You'll see common Macaque monkeys... IF LUCKY, you'll see the rare & endangered colorful Langur monkeys.
You can choose Morning or Afternoon tour, With or Without a Meal at different Prices & Durations.

What To Expect
The Marble Mountains
Pickup from hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, drive to Marble Mountain (in Da Nang), discover the stunning Âm Phủ cave inside Marble Mountain with your local guide to learn how Vietnamese soldiers used to hide and fight in the wars. The cave was also a secret hospital to save wounded soldiers. Walk 150 steps or take the elevator to the peak of Marble Mountain. A knowledgeable guide will show you the best highlights so you don't have to spend too much energy but still see the hidden beauty that most people miss. You will admire the rustic charms of historical pagodas, Buddhist statues, and shrines, which are a few centuries old. Local believers and monks pray here often. You will learn interesting local beliefs and Buddhism.
The Marble Mountains
Continue to explore Marble Mountain, and enjoy the river views and ocean breeze at various points. Visit the huge Heaven Cave, you will take in the beauty of natural limestone formations. Take pictures with rustic statues of Lady Buddha, Happy Buddha... Visit the 500-year-old Carving Village to see amazing marble sculptures made by local people at the foot of Marble Mountain.

Super easy with pickup and drop off and nice clean comfortable car. This is a great introduction into Da Nang and Hoi A with invaluable tips. one of the best tours we've ever taken . You will see the sights , learn about the culture and get local tips

5.00Where do i even begin about this amazing adventure we had with Chicky, Sang and Phu! Chicky has been the best guide i have ever had and i travelled all around the world. The knowledge, the warmth, kindness and happiness this guide has within himself is incredible! The main driver (Sang) was so polite and lovely as well as Phu the Jeep driver. Both really safe and experienced drivers. I could spend all day talking about the excursion me and friend had with Chicky but please if you are looking for a trip where you get taught about culture, history, spirituality, laugh and smile alot, see amazing spots, go for Chicky! I can’t recommend enough! He goes above and beyond for you!

5.00We had a wonderful tour visiting Monkey Mountain, Marble Mountain and the Lady Buddha, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. Our guides Thanh, Phu and Quang were fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about sharing the history, culture and stories behind each location. They kept the day flowing smoothly, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. The views from Monkey Mountain were incredible, Marble Mountain was fascinating to explore, and the Lady Buddha was truly breathtaking. The tour was well organised, relaxed and informative, making it a perfect way to see these highlights. Highly recommend this tour and especially our guides — thank you Thanh, Phu and Quang for such a memorable experience! 🙏✨

5.00Thanh and Tam were so friendly and helpful. They opened our car door each and everytime. Cuong the jeep driver (Late 6p's early 70's US Army) was also just as friendly and kind. Our tour guide took the time to allow us to love on the monkeys and boy did we see monkeys, beautiful creatures. We then went to marble mountain cave, again simply beautiful and worth every minute. Beware.... stairs to one cave are a bit of a trek..So be prepared ha!! Dont miss out on the spectacular history this beautiful country has to offer and Our guides were so knowledgeable and the information he presented came with great respect for his people and his country which was heartwarming to witness. His English was also very good. He keeps you captivated with with his knowledge He's a very kind gentleman Highly recommend Thanh, and Tam as your informative guide P.S...Take the Jeep tour You won't be disappointed!!!! The meal at the end was simply the best meal I've had in Vietnam.. Hands down the best food!!!!..
